Apples/Windows silliness

While I own MOSTLY mac and i-products, I know that silliness on both sides of the computer divide can make for funny moments. The link below deals with Microsofts challenge to the trademarking of 'App Store' by apple. The funny part is in the story. (I personally think their fight to copy right Window(s) over the years would have been a more relevant point.

I just find it hard that court funds are being WASTED on this sort of thing. :D



And the cynic in me is saying "this is all because someone at Microsoft are kicking themselves for not thinking about it first." ;-D
