How to write a CV? + Samples?

Could you help me find sample CVs? All that I find are either templates or some too basic CVs. I don't know whether I'm supposed to fill any additional information like 'special skills' or stuff like that... *scratches my head* And if I do - how are they supposed to sound, look? I'm just really nervous because I don't have any professional experience, so it has to all be about my education, about the courses I've passed, projects I've made and my portfolio. But I cannot find any CV samples that I can relate to. Help?
