The Rise of Mandalore (M x F possible multiple F)

The Mandalorian aren't a people, but a way and life, it is a creed with them that developed into a full-blown culture. The Mandalorians have been around, since 4,000 BBY, practically when the Republic first came to light, the Mandalorians were around as well. A Warrior culture that had fought the Jedi, the Sith, the Eternal Empire, and even themselves. They fought for and defended their empire for the countless years to follow until a civil war struck the war-torn planets and colonies, a newer way to run the society surprising its members as the new party suggested and came across as a pacifistic society. Of course, there had been plenty who were against the sudden dramatic shift and change to the society that everyone had been raised and grown up with, especially with how important and near biblical the sense of family Beskar armor was what gave the Mandalorians the signature look. During the sudden break of war across the Galaxy again in the events of what would be known as the Clone Wars, the group came to flourish in committing Terrorist events and soon came to light as the leader was identified called Death Watch, the group trying to bring back the old ways of the Mandalorians. The current Dutchess of the Planet, Satine tried to hold strong, leading her people in what she thought was still the right way, unfortunately gaining some rather unfavorable allies Death Watch was able to gain the upper hand and detained her, causing a Coup and gaining control of the planet and its systems that fell under Mandalores rule, the unfavorable ally turned on the leader of Death Watch and challenged him in single combat, the winner of the duel would become the new ruler of Mandalore and the ownership of the Darksaber, a key symbol of the ruler of Mandalore, one that could only be challenged in its claim, by challenging and gaining ownership of that symbolic weapon.

With Darth Maul winning the duel and becoming both the ruler of Mandalore and rightful owner of the Darksaber, Death Watch following Mandalore's old ways and rules, followed Darth Maul as his loyal subjects. A small group of Death Watch defected unwilling to follow the monster's rule.  Most of them were under the command of Bo-Katan Kryze, another key figure, her defectors that followed her called Nite Owls. They later attempted to break the late Dutchess Satine away, with her unique and close relationship with one of the Jedi from the Republic in hopes of being able to get help. Obi-Wan Kenobi, responded to the call for help but was too late, he was captured and later left to witness her death, before he was brought back to a cell, and frequently broke free by Bo Katan Kryze. As they escaped, he witnessed the now civil war of Bo Katan and her followers, versus Death Watch. Where she pleaded for him to send a Republic peacekeeping force. Such a request wouldn't be granted till much later when Ahsoka Tano, another Jedi had left the order under a false accusation, even proven innocent, she had lost faith in the order and left it, later running into Bo-Katan. The two located and acknowledged that Darth Maul had returned to Mandalore, as he was wanted by the Jedi Order, for the death of multiple Jedi. Not wanting to waste the chance of possibly capturing the rogue Sith, a detachment under the newly promoted Clone Commander Rex launched a Joint Invasion of the clones and Nite Owl Mandalorian, in the end, they managed to capture Maul, and Bo-Katan was left in charge of the planet. Though it was short-lived as Order 66 went down and the Republic was no more as the Galactic Empire was soon formed.

When the newly formed Empire arrived quickly, Bo-Katan was quickly uprooted from being ruler, as she wouldn't bow down to the demands and imperialistic ways of the Empire. She was then forced into hiding as she tried to rebel and defy them, when she was uprooted, a more Imperialistic supporter and sympathizer by the name of Gar Saxon, an old Death Watch Commando as well who had supported Darth Maul was placed as the ruler. A new set of laws and rules came down that if one was to wear the armor of the Mandalorian, they had to either support the Empire in whatever was deemed fit, or for special circumstances such as bounty hunting. If you didn't fit into those categories, they were not allowed to don the armor, or some were even just claimed as traitors and were wanted by the Empire, all while the Empire was stripping the planet of its natural resources including Beskar, while also conducting secret weapon and armor experimentations some of which were even to counter the protective properties of the Beskar armor.




Hey ya'll as you can see this little rp is a Star Wars-based one, and to be more specific one focusing around Mandalorians and the planet Mandalore. With it being a little Alternate Universe style including that of the liberation of Mandalore during the Galactic Civil War era, while also focusing on the rebuilding of the Mandalore Empire itself, finding the lost fleet, and the Darksaber being rediscovered to lead the people of it. Of course, it will include some key members such as Bo Katan, and Koska Reeves that will hopefully be played.
