Videos not finishing load.

On every video site I've been visiting recently (Youtube, blip, etc, etc) Videos have been failing to finish loading at random points, and I can't seem to get them to fully load, no matter what I do.

Also, normal files, no matter what the size, load normally.

I'm using the newest firefox, and XP SP2.
