The general idea is a naughty version of Hogwarts and the lack of emo kids and stupid villians. Where all sorts of aspiring mages from various races and species come together to learn new magicks and naturally fuck each other senseless. Which the college administration is perfectly fine with, since that only results in children with magical potential, so they are planning long term. So reports of forced sex or rape are just shrugged at and giving slaps on the wrist and so forth.

Also there is a massive magical ward over the entire compound that converts lethal magical damage into non-lethal. This allows the students to be as aggressive as they want with their magicks without having to hurt anyone, as the worst you could do is knock someone unconscious. At which point the knocked out individual can be dragged off and tied up somewhere for later fun.

On top of teachers that are just as perverted and enjoy using their positions of power for lewd and evil evil ends. Usually involving whips and forcing students to recite chapters in class while naked.

Then make yourself a character sheet and go from there. The usual stuff on top of your magical talents and which spells you know. Be very specific and make sure to list which techniques and spells you are weakest against. This will help prevent metagaming and people who refuse to take it in the gut when they were punched.

I don't use templates because you are all adults and should be able to make your own biography without hand holding. Put the stuff in there that needs to be known, and if you mess up I'll yell at you. Simple simple.

Also when it comes to your spell casting list, try to keep it below 10. No sense turning this into a cluster fuck where everyone can cast 50 spells and nothing happens.

Sweeet! I didn't notice if there was a post on magic limitation, other than the automatic conversion of all spells to a non-lethal level.  Will you rank the effectiveness of casting methods? I am leaving it up to the students to figure out their own magicks. Naturally different ways of casting magick has different advantages/disadvantages. You could easily stop Jason Cross in his tracks by just pinning his arms down.

Personality: Dante is thoughtful and introspective, but driven by a powerful thirst for knowledge. He does not just seek to wield magic, but to study and understand it. He prefers to wield magic in its purer forms- arcane or force magic, rather than the more destructive elemental magics. When it comes to things other than magic, he is fairly laid back, believing that excessive negative emotional response does not help any situation. When he isn't studying magic Dante is generally reading, writing poetry or creating works of art.

Ons/Offs: Not into dominating other people that much. Apart from that, im generally happy so long as we avoid scat/watersports. I love it when the other person is assertive.

Arcana: Dante focuses on magic in its purest forms- arcane and force magic. He uses a basic repertoire of spells that he skillfully modifies as he casts them to suit the situation. However, he has always struggled to deal with magics that involve demons, spirits or mind control, and has very little ability when it comes to healing and biological magic.

Skills:
Metamagic- Dante has learned to manipulate and modify spells as he casts them using a combination of hand gestures and concentration. He can use this ability to modify the shape, direction and nature of spells
Magesight- Dante is particularly sensitive to the currents and flow of the aether, and has trained this ability into a magesight. As such, he can see magic in a way. The more subtle, distance of small the amount of magic however, the more he has to focus to do this.

Spells Known:
Arcane: Magic Missile,  Counterspell, Blink (Teleport a short distance, Dante is yet to master this spell so it does not always work as intended)
Force: Force Shield, Telekinesis, Hover

Technique: Dante uses spoken invocations to call his spells into being, and hand gestures to direct and modify them.

Personality: Abram is a well spirited person who loves to interact and talk to people. He is seldom in a bad mood and can often be found in his room, dabbling in what little knowledge of alchemy he knows. On occasion, he has been known to be very lazy although, despite these facts, he is very intelligent.

Bio: Abram got to the university on accident. He's not even sure exactly how he got there. Before Feylorian, he was an 18th century American soldier, fighting for the North in the Civil War. Although he was not a very important person, something remarkable happened to him one day. Word spread around that one of the enemy camps had some sort of ancient stone. Why was it so important? Nobody knew. Did anybody care? All but one person did. Going alone, Abram waited until his platoon set up camp for the night. That night was cold, but Abram 'volunteered' to stand guard outside for the night, obviously planning on doing something else. When the coast was clear, he quickly grabbed the map, with the said location on it, and headed in the direction of the artifact. Abram began shaking furiously because of, one, it was cold out and two, he could barely contain his excitement. Finally, after about three hours of walking, the camp finally came into sight. The camp was, surprisingly, empty. No guards patrolling the parameter. No nothing. Abram entered the camp and his suspicions were confirmed. Something weird is going on. Looking into the captains main tent, Abram discovered what appeared to be...the artifact! Excitement quickly turned to confusion and fear as Abram set his hand on the stone... That's all he remembers. He's been at the University for three years now and he has gotten used to most of the other races and made plenty of Friends.

ONS: Controlling, bondage, intelligence, light blood, forced/NC sex (Basically anything that's not in the 'OFFS' section)
OFFS: Toilet/Bathroom play, extreme bondage.

Skills:

• Soul Breaker - A custom made type of ammo that can affect anything, but is very affective against ghosts, shades, demons, etc.
• Explosive Round - A round that explodes on impact and splashes a fine mist of molten lead in all directions. You should probably get clear for this one.
• Sonic Bullet - A thinner, longer version of a regular musket bullet. This is designed to pierce anything, physical OR magic.
• Three Round Chamber - Can put more than one of anykind of bullet into the chamber and combine their effects.
• Fast Reload - Due to years of practice and a magic musket, Abram can load his musket blindingly fast.
• Net/Rope Shot - This type of shot is used to either capture enemies OR is used to trip them, making them vulnerable.
• Smoke Potion - Abram always keeps a few random bottles of something on his belt, but he always makes sure that he has a smoke potion. This clouds all vision, although some people might still be able to see through it, Abram not being one of them.
• Alchemy - Abram has learned how to make his ammunition have magic effects as well as learing a few recipes. He is no where near a professional, but he show a good potential.

Casting Method: Loads the gun with the corresponding ammo and cocks it back like a traditional musket. Depending on what round he picks, the harder the kick and the brighter the flash. Repeat.


Weaknesses - Can't shoot if looking directly into bright light. Keeps random potions on his belt making them a possible target for enemies. If someone takes his ammo or gun, he is basically left helpless besides his potions.

Personality: Playful, curious, and laid-back.  Sylvia is rarely ever serious in most aspects of life, including her studies.  She is lucky that she is naturally very gifted with many talents, or perhaps that is why she can coast through life the way she does.  While she is not naturally a bad person, she is used to being successful with minimal effort and tends to make fun of those who fail.  Another flaw of hers is her pride, and she refuses to admit she is wrong. 
Sylvia is friendly and flirtatious, but only has a few people she really considers true friends.

Ons: Forced (both as the forced and the forcer), forbidden places, teasing, and light biting.

Magic: Illusions is her favorite branch of magic, but she can do Destructive magic as well.

• Flash: She can summon a flash of light of different colors and shapes, as many times as she wants as long as she can keep her focus.
• Shadow Puppet: This spell allows her to create the images of moving shadows at will, or make it look as if an actual shadow is moving
• Illusion Cloak: A spell that alters the appearance of any individual or object of Sylvia's choice.  While she cannot make someone disappear out of sight, there will always be a faint glimmer or indication of movement if one looks close enough.
• Smoke Screen: While this spell is usually used to flee, Sylvia has a tendency to use it like her Shadow Puppet spell, changing the shapes and making them dance or bother those around her.
• Fire Wall: Sylvia can do both an actual wall of fire, and an illusion of it, making this one of her more dangerous spells.
• Stunner: A touch spell that sends a shock of electricity to the victim and stuns them.

Casting Method: Sylvia casts her spells though a sheer act of will, so if she was immobilized physically, she may still be able to cast spells as long as her mind is clear.
Weaknesses: Anything distracting,  like lights, pain, discomfort, and even too much pleasure cripples her ability to cast.  Because all of her spells need her full focus, she is usually vulnerable for at least a split second while casting.

Personality: Intelligent, beautiful, and very haughty.  Alicia's always gotten top grades and loves to flaunt both her beautiful figure and class scores, much to the annoyance of others.  Many of the other students consider her a royal bitch, something she seems very eager to encourage.  She has no lack of enemies in the school, as she's taunted and made fun of just about everyone.

Player ons: Forced sex, bondage, orgasm control/denial, humiliation.  All of these are as both giver and recipient.
Player offs: Gore/death, scat/watersports, futa.

Character ons: Being dominant to other women, especially if she can find out what humiliates them.
Character offs: As above, also being submissive in any way.

Magic: Alicia specializes in mental charms and compulsion effects, as well as some minor transmutations.  She casts spells mainly through verbal incantations.  She also has a spellbook full of runes that she can use as a focus to amplify or change her spells.  Some of her stronger spells require the book, as well.

Spell list:

• Charm: Convinces someone that she is their friend.  This doesn't act as full mind control, but the target does consider Alice's suggestions to be favorable.
• Suggestion: Plants a simple suggestion into someone's mind; that person will follow the suggestion as much as they are able to, so long as it isn't obviously suicidal.  Beyond the suggestion itself, it doesn't affect the target's mind; if she suggests that someone shouldn't attack her, they'll still consider Alicia an enemy, for example.
• Unnatural Lust: The target of this spell has a sudden, incredible lust towards someone of Alicia's choice.  Only one person is actually affected by the spell; the object of their lust is unaffected.
• Transmute Clothing: Alicia can transform any outfit or article of clothing she touches.  It must still remain clothing, but the material it's made out of, its size, and any part of its appearance may be changed.
• Domination: Alicia's most powerful spell, and the only one that requires her spellbook in order to cast.  If successful, it turns the target into her willing slave for several hours, potentially longer if she can cast it again before it wears off.  She has total control over the target, directing them as much as she pleases.  Targets have a chance to resist the spell if ordered to do something they would vehemently object to.  The spell requires several minutes of chanting to cast, though the target isn't necessarily aware that she's casting it on them until it's finished, but if anything interrupts her chanting the spell has no effect.  Because it takes strong concentration to maintain, Alicia can't cast any other spells for half an hour after ending the spell.

Weaknesses: Because Alicia needs to speak to cast spells, any sort of gag makes her effectively helpless.  She does need some concentration to actually say the words, but as long as she can talk coherently, she can cast.  However, if she's used the Domination spell on someone, she's entirely helpless, as she needs to rest for about half an hour after ending the spell before she can cast anything else, though the Dominated person may be able to help protect her, of course.

(Let me know if the Domination spell would be too powerful or not fun, I can change things around if that's the case.)

Personality & Background: Abel is an eccentric soul,  not for just being Eldarian - an elf whose abandoned the ways of nature to connect with inorganic surroundings, but his interest in the primitive outside world and its  adventurous romantic lure.  Abel comes from a society so advanced in fact they have no need for traditional arrangements or family units, almost every interaction is handled though a system of inter connected networks where people interface with each other without truly knowing each other, families are an afterthought and seldom do people procreate which has caused critical declining birth rates for some time. People are free to pursue their sexual whims uninhibited via their creations and this has created a culture of self-fulfilled hedonists.

Many people thought that their technology would buffer them from the dangers present in the outside world, but it was their love of technology that brought about their end. Ironically. Abel exists as one of the few remaining Eldarians who's been gifted with enough curiosity and sense to understand the answers to the problems ailing his people exist outside of technology.

Personality: Whimsy and inquisitiveness.  Pryze grew up on a island in the middle of the ocean, low population but in that small group her family was royalty.  So she is not used to being told what to do, in fact she usually will do the telling.  When people don't listen she is known to resort to using her magic to convince them to change their mind.  On her island nudity was not a big deal so it still isn't to her.  She is very hard to embarrass.

Ons: Skin, Getting boys and girls to lust after her.  Trying out new bodies.

Offs: Fobia of blood and other fluid/solids from the body, except cum, she is going to love that.

Skills: Her magic has been passed down through her royal bloodline for a thousand years, and it seems to be getting more powerful as it does.  Using spells to change her appearance, her size, parts of her body into other parts, her sex completely she has even started to work on turning into other creatures, but that is going to take more time. She loves music and often listens to it while she practices Savate her favorite martial art.

Spells Known Currently:

Illukia: A spell that changes her appearance in many different ways.  (taller, shorter, hair color, fingernails, breast size, having or not having a penis, sometimes giving her self a tail.) This is her meat and potato spell that she uses most of the time.

Wakkia: A Spell that changes her into a male or back into a female, she doesn't use it very often, only when she needs to get something done that can't be done in her female form.

Ferrakia: Can change her body into different materials, she uses this as an safety spell.  (Iron and Water known)

Rabbitia: Her only spell to change her shape into a another species, in this case she has started to learn rabbit, but seems to only work 50% of the time, the other 50% she ends up with buck teeth or rabbit ears.

Casting method: Speaking the magic words with her true voice (yelling the words)

Weakness: can only effect herself, so is she miss judges a shape she is often left naked or with ripped clothing.  Weak against mind effecting spells as her inquisitive nature suggests.

Bio: Reno Martell was born to a Tattoo artist in new orleans. He had no idea about his own talent and spent most of his youth rather happily unaware of the magical community. At the age of 18 he first showed a spark of talent. His very first tattoo, A tiger he had on his back, began to move of its own. He soon found that he could, if mustering enough willpower, have it spring to life and materialize as this black inky creature. Not long after he found himself at the academy.

Weaknesses - Easily Interrupted. Each spell takes a long time to cool down.

Job: Professor of Dark Magic

Appearance: He keeps himself looking young and pretty through beauty and aging transfiguration spells. Daily he applies his transformation, and it gradually deteriorates and if he doesn't put more spells on himself within a week, he'll look like his normal self. He has black hair and dark blue eyes. His eyes are so dark blue that it's hard to distinguish between the blue and the black often causing an eerie feeling in students, not the least reason because they have a rather creepy looking person who looks about their age teaching them, and torturing them if they misbehave.

Personality: Dark and somewhat brooding, Jacob does not take shit from anyone. He will not hesitate to punish you in increasingly cruel and sexual ways. At the slightest provocation in class he will remove his student's clothes to embarrass the offender. He's been known to allow his students to rape each other in an orgy during class. Anything really, as long as he is the dominant one, he is in control.

History: He has none, as far as anyone is concerned. He is simply there, and won't volunteer information.

Torture- Jacob is adept at torture spells, whatever they may be. He's skilled with fire, ice, and whatever else he decides to use to torture hapless students. Or even just straight up pain. He is also skilled at bondage and stripping a student, without even thinking about it he can remove the clothes of a student and tightly bind them before they knew what hit them. He's also good at knocking people unconscious, if need be.
Mind Magic- Jacob can control other people, read their minds, make them fall in love with him, ect.
Death Magic- This is his specialty. He can control anything to do with death, whether it be straight up killing someone, bringing them back to life, or raising an army of zombies.
General Magic- Moving things around, cleaning things, ect. Normal wizardy things.

Casting Method- Usually he can cast spells just by using his mind, but for more powerful deadly spells he has to speak specific incantations.

Background: Aiden Magnus was born to average mortal parents in Iceland at Reykjavík. Iceland is country of ancient yet powerful magic which rests now in dormant state. The supernatural legacy rests in all Icelander's veins but most of time it remains quiet and hidden for several centuries. Until Aiden's magical gift manifested when he reached puberty and exploded in chaotic storm which caused his home collapse. Source of it was anguish with loss of his grandfather who had been close and dear figure to him since childhood. Luckily he and parents survived the collapse but parents feared him and his powers, his outburst was noticed by magical society and he was retrieved. Parents gladly got rid of him and even submitted to memory reweaving spell which made them (and general public) think he died on house collapse.

Aiden was rescued because he is sorcerer; his magic is natural part of him and expression of his will. A sorcerer is natural strong potent font of magic and so to avoid cause harm on others he needs to learn to control his powers. Since age 15 he had been in academy, mostly practice self-control and explore his powers. He does not need classes to learn spells but knowledge is always useful for even sorcerer. More so as he has magical gaze which allows him detect magic where others would need special divination's to do same as he does with simple gaze. He feels lonely, bit sad also, for loss for his parents and all his mortal relatives. But staff had convinced it was all for his wellbeing and his family's too.

Personality: Shy, curious, polite and kind. Can be at times naive.

Magic: Natural born sorcery

Spell list:

• Arcane Blast: Aiden can conjure raw blasts of arcane energy, it can take varied elemental energy forms between fire, electricity, cold and acid. But not pure force nor sonic (yet). Blasts overall are size of tennis ball and hold strong impact effect similar to punch of strong man which comes quick speed (plus what harm causes said element).
• Magic Resistance: Aiden has natural resistance to magic because of his manifesting supernatural legacy in his blood. He is not outright immune but many spells have around 25% or 50% reduced effect or duration on him. This does not protect from physical projectiles send through magic (like telekinesis thrown rock).
• Chaos Storm: Aiden can when in heavy emotional state and suffering somekind emotional harm can unleash accidentally high potent wild magical energy burst which has chaotic effect in around thirty feet around him. Overall effects of the storm wary but it can cause great deal of harm or be harmless. It can set people on fire, blow up wall, make books animated to fly about, tear clothes, merge two objects together, make short lasting transformations on people and so on. However it has one reliable effect; chaos storm can force out any wards or enchantments which would bind or prevent Aiden using magic but using (or rather experience) Chaos Storm is always exhausting to Aiden.
• Flight: Aiden has learned how to fly with his inborn magic. Also he can with touching another invindual grant same boon so long they remain close distance from him.
• Sorcerer's Gaze: This is talent which Aiden has not yet mastered but can be one his most potent magical abilities. His eyes can see magic and able detect even subtlest enchantments on people and objects. However his mind does not yet been able analyze what he is seeing. Secondly direct eye contact with someone can occasionally allow him read their minds or see a past event related to said person or learn somekind essential part about them which may not be public knowledge (or even known by person itself, like example person with amnesia is actually dragon under disguise spell). However Aiden cannot call on this ability at whim, it just happens.

Weaknesses: Aiden's magic is strongly natural part of him. So he had no need for arcane formula to form words or need gestures use them. But overall his powers have chaotic bend and can act outside his will at times (or by whimsical desire which he did not intent manifest). Arcane Blast is his most controlled ability and so is his flight. Arcane Blasts he throws from his hand so binding his hands or holding them down would prevent releasing the blasts. Also unable touch himself or other person would prevent flight. Passive spell resistance is constantly active but at times can be hindrance (others cannot affect him with positive enchantments that easily).

Magic & weaknesses;;  Elemental summoning.  And telekinesis.  Summoning elementals involve incantation and and drains her of energy.   Her telekinesis is reliant on her concentration ability - so if she gets distracted, the latter definitely isn't going to happen.

Known Spells;; Summon minor fire elemental - Can summon small fire elemental, a small bonfire shaped creature that seems to just dance along her fingertips and any surface she commands it to.  If anything, this is only a parlor trick, one that Trinity uses to light candles or her fireplace.  Sometimes she just uses it to keep her company or the incantation itself to keep her skills sharp.
Summon greater fire elemental - this fire elemental usually comes in the shape of small animals, such as a fire salamander.  Once summoned, Trinity can send the fire elemental off to do her bidding.  However, greater fire elementals tend to have a mind of their own sometimes.
Burn - A fire attack dealt from flames conjured from Trinity's fingertips.  This one is much more complicated and requires concentration on her part, because she has the risk of burning herself instead of her opponent.
Fire shield - Once summoned, Trinity is protected by a fire shield.  This is obviously penetrable if enough water is thrown at her.
Telekinesis - Trinity has the power to move things with her mind.  She must focus upon the object in the sense that she needs direct eye contact with it at all times.

Personality;;  Trinity is very outgoing and very showy; to some, she could be considered dramatic at times.  That bit of drama extends to her appearance, seeing as, despite the school dress code, she somehow still manages to make a statement with her bright red hair and equally flashy jewelry.  However, her extroverted personality makes her generally easy to be around.
Trinity is rather rebellious and a bit of a thrill-seeker.  Since she is a rather quick learner, she finds herself with a lot of free time and plenty of chance to get herself into trouble.  She is a firm believer in self-expression and individuality, and doesn't like her sense of self to be smothered by what she considered 'silly rules,' as if her appearance didn't speak for itself in that regard.  Athletic and intensely competitive, with an explosive temper to boot, she doesn't take embarrassment easily.

Appearance;; 5'4 and shy of 100lbs and athletic in form.  She was born with dark hair and golden eyes but currently has her hair dyed a fire-engine red; her hair is long enough to curl around the small of her back.  Her pale, pale skin and the fact that her golden eyes seem to spark with her temper are the two things that seem to give away that she isn't fully human.

Background;;  For as long as she could remember, Trinity and her mother lived in the lap of luxury, although Trinity never saw or met her father - she overheard gossip from the servants that her father was an Elven Lord and his daughter was an embarrassment to him because she never showed any magical gifts. 
...However, that proved to be untrue.  Trinity's gift manifested later than usual and it was something she kept hidden from everyone but her mother - Trinity had the ability to control fire and summon fire elementals.  Upon further training with a private sorcerer, Trinity also showed that she had telekenetic gifts, something that most definitely showed up when she was agitated.

Well, just in case for future referance for magesight or such; if you would observe my char he should be literal bonfire of surging magical energy in all varied colors of rainbow :P. As sorcerer he has lots amount of natural forming magic coming from his body/life in general. Most people become imbued by energies they channel or channel magic from surroundings where sorcerers magic comes from inside them.
