Lost tourist turned gangs pet

In this one, I would be lost in a very unsafe area of the city, and find myself being taken by one of the most powerful and influential gangs in the city. Kept as their pet and toy in an apartment block, with no way to escape, my life consists of pleasing the leader, and those he designates, taking messages around the building, dressed as his slut. I could even play a male character that is turned into their transgender girl, if that appeals to anyone.
