Scrivener Noob

I recently picked up Scrivener for my personal writing but like figuring out how to customize and use templates have not been easy.  I'm wondering if anyone uses it and can suggest some tutorials or books on how to best use it.  I want to take as much advantage of it as I can being able to compile all notes and outlines into one group.  But like randomly searching on YT has been rather confusing and sometimes I feel like they are not very helpful.  Or they offer templates which I've not fully understanding how to import properly as the few I downloaded didn't work.

This program has a steep learning curve. I still haven't fully mastered it. When I first started using it, these are the YouTube videos I watched. I'm not sure if they are still relevant since it's been updated to version 3.

Danke.  Hopefully the core stuff is still the same even if they are under different menues or extra stuff that is added.
