A help for Exelis

"Since last night around say about...  9 pm Central I think, I haven't been able to connect to E through my dorm rooms connection - with which I've added my own router to make more secure.  When I'm on the main part of campus, where I have to log in for internet, I'm good, but when I'm at dorm room sweet dorm room, I'm not such a happy girl.  Can someone please help?"
