Your enthusiasm is wonderful and I agree that reading is a big part of role playing. 

However, we do have a long running thread of the same name in our Literary Discussion forum.

I love to read!
I am currently reading Lover Mine (Black Dagger Brotherhood Saga), The Darkest Pleasure (Lords of the Underworld Saga), Passion (Fallen Saga), and Claimed by the Wolf.
I have a kindle so it is easy to just be switching between books.
I just finished Forbidden by Suzuma, it was really a great book with sad plot.
