From NING to Unapproved?

Hey there! Thanks for stopping by to help me out.

Like the Subject says, I went from NING to Unapproved. I was just wondering why. I signed up and got the NING status after being approved. I had to concentrate on other things for a couple months and didn't really have time for Elliquiy. Now that I'm back, I'm at Unapproved status again.

Is it because I was gone for a long period of time?

Any help is appreciated!
