it has held for years the shakey truce of baytown  a truce between those who ran the streets and those who ran everything ells . the  girls of baytown were givein the right to be there own law and make there own rules in excanghe for the odd party hear and there  for the police in return for keeping the mob out of there hair. but as a shoot rings out in the dark and a police men is found dead in baytown the bad days look to be comeing back as the mob and  the police close in on the girls of baytown and its up to ex con jackie sin who has picked the rong day to come back to town to make good with his ex now as the city closes in around them jackie must out think and outsmart the cops and the mob to keep those he cares about safe
