Home Equipment ((I am very lazy. I will excercize, but prefer not to have to go all the way to a gym :P))

Both are extremely nice, but in choosing only 1 I suppose breakfast in bed edges out. I do so love to do things in bed after all :)

Neverwinter Nights, as it was more versatile, although I did end up really disliking allot of the npc's in the solo campaign

Marriage on the other hand, at least to me, is an agreement to be exclusive, and so, though jealousy has nothing to do with it, I would pick strictly singly couple, if we are talking about Marriage
