Stuck in Foreign Jail (M for F) sexual favors and/or prostitution involved

I'm looking for a female writer to play a female sent to jail in a foreign country for possession of drugs. It could be a set up where they use it as an excuse to find women for their use.  After she goes to jail it could go two different directions.  One: she trades sex for better treatment. Two: they give her a choice of working in a clean brothel or stay in the filthy jail. If you have other ideas let me know.
