I think I read that on the Darwin award site. Though she didn't die so it was quite odd. Silly girl indeed.

 According to the officers, she's lucky that she complied with the guards orders. They would have shot her without hesitation. I can understand why too.

Wear it around university, not a problem.

Wear it into an airport, you're asking for trouble.

Airport security types have no sense of humour whatsoever.

Lucky the girl did not get killed by the troopers who were likely freaked out from possible bomb run. But even logic should say that if SOMEONE would want make bomb run in airport they damn sure would not walk around publicly showing they have bomb and even go ask from counter when airplane arrives and then go OUTSIDE the airport main hall to wait :P.

I cna udnerstand however the fear of bomb run.
