Powers (47 Points)

Psionic Armor
Immunity 10 (Life Support), Limited to 30 minutes at a time (9 points)

Speed 2 (120 ft.) (2 Points)

Strength of Will 6 Ranks (24 Points)
Wally’s strength comes from his ability tocreate psionic power armor to bolster his strength, and is fueled by his willpower. As long as his confidence is high wally is a powerhouse, but when it wanes his power goes with it.
Strength of Will: Enhanced Strength Limited to Will rank, Enhanced Stamina Limited to Will rank, Linked to Unstoppable, Impervious Toughness, Penetrating Strength, Sustained • 4 points per rank.

Massive Knockback 6 Ranks (3 Points)
Wally not only hits hard, but delivers considerable momentum with his strikes, enough to send targets flying. If he successfully hits, and the target fails a Strength check against his effect rank, they are flung back a distance equal to his effect rank minus their mass rank.
Massive Knockback: Move Object, Close Range, Limited to Flinging Targets Away, Linked to Strength Damage, Sustained • 1 point per 2 ranks.

Power-lifting 6 Ranks (3 Points - 100 Tons)
Wally is a physical god, able to lift incredible weights as long as his determination holds.
Power-Lifting: Enhanced Strength, Limited to Lifting, Limited to Will rank, Sustained • 1 point per 2 ranks.

Unstoppable 6 (6 Points)
Once wally gets moving, nothing stands in his way for long. He can simply smash through anything in front of him and continue moving at a steady pace, leaving a trail of destruction in his wake.
Unstoppable: Penetrating Burrowing, Limited to Will rank, Linked to Strength of Will, Sustained • 1 points per rank.

Complications
Motivation: Doing Good. Wally is a true hero at heart – brave, selfless, and willing to do everything he can to protect others from harm and make the world a safer place. This can be easily exploited by putting others in danger, as he will always leap to their rescue.

Inferiority Complex: Wally has a severe inferiority complex that causes him to constantly compare himself to those around him and berate himself for even the slightest mistake. When he fails at anything his Will rank drops by 1 until the end of the scene or until he succeeds at something significant, which raises it by 1 (up to his normal maximum). Successful uses of interaction skills such as Deception or Intimidate by others can have the same effect, either raising or lowering his Will rank.

Alter Ego: The Unstoppable Dynamo
Secret Identity: Wally Heide
Alignment:  Cape
Gender: Male
Age: 24

Sexual Orientation: Bisexual

No-No's All negotiable.

Personality: Although he is not as inclined toward intellectual pursuits as his scientist father (Although he IS still a genius) and is not a natural leader like his mother, Wally is unflinchingly brave, friendly and upbeat and is always the first to leap into action when trouble starts.  He constantly lives in the shadow of his two famous parents' accomplishments, and while he does not resent them he is sometimes exasperated when enemies or allies compare him to them. He wants to be a hero, but on his own terms.

'Secret Identity'

Secret Identity occupation: Bartender

Background
The Unstoppable Dynamo is the child of the indestructible elastic hero Teflon Man (Terry Heide) and speedster Hard Drive (Molly Heide). Wally's powers are unlike his parents in that rather than being a speedster or having his fathers stretchy body he is actually able to psionically generate technological power armor to enhance his physical attributes to superhuman levels and even sustain his life functions indefinitely. One thing he does have in common with both of his parents is that he is extremely intelligent and a skilled inventor able to craft technological marvels with few or no tools. Despite his incredible genius he still struggles to get very far as an inventor, as his extremely poor self-esteem leads him to believe that his inventions are ineffective or useless. Currently he works as a bartender and occasionally provides other heroes with devices they need for their own missions when he isn't out acting as a hero himself.

'Alter Ego Costume'

Character sheet

(working on where to get this, couldn't use the website provide for some reason nor did I have much luck uploading images

Alter Ego: Victor Frilay
Secret Identity: The Viper
Alignment:  Hooligan
Gender: Male
Age: 25

Sexual Orientation: Hetero

No-No's Meh. Nothing really except stuff that isn't allowed here anyway like children.

Personality: He is a highly charismatic, highly intelligent individual who has eyes of an usual hue that let him affect the thinking of anyone he looks at; either to persuade or simply to ignore him if he so chooses.  He is known to make custom modifications to his own gear, but he also is careful in his plans.  He has a master plan to build a giant mind control ray, but doesn't really have much scientific skill.  So he intends to bring together the right people, the right parts and the right plan.  He is a leader, and he believes in thinking like one.

'Secret Identity

Secret Identity occupation: He is a stage hypnotist.  He is quite good at what he does, wearing contact lenses and a wig that hide his identity when he does so.

Background

Viper was born an unusual child, who had unusual eyes and the ability to charm folks into convincing them to do what he wanted.  He understood what people were thinking and for a long time built a network of favors in school and out of it to get people what they needed.  In high school he was a veritable fixer who could get most anything for anyone, but as time went on, he lost interest in their paltry desires and decided that College was for wimps.  A life of crime for him!  He has already committed several robberies and built up a criminal contact network to get to where he is now, and he intends nothing but going up!

Happy to do it. Just let me know what you need and i'm on it. Also, i wanted a way to better represent what I was going for with Dynamo - his powers should build up over the course of a battle to fit his theme, so I came up with a Flaw that represents that. it's basically a reversal of the Fades flaw. tell me what you think.

Buildup Flaw
Buildup (-1 COST PER RANK)

Every round you sustain an effect with this flaw, it gains 1 rank of effectiveness at the beginning of each of your turns until it reaches maximum effect rank. Permanent effects cannot have this flaw. A built-up effect resets to 0 ranks at the end of a scene. The GM may allow a hero to raise a Buildup effect to maximum ranks immediately by spending a victory point.

Muse

'Alter Ego Costume'

Character sheet (Mechanics will be built on Google Drive and sent to LSG and posted in the private portions of the site.)

Alter Ego: David Tremel
Secret Identity: Ropes
Alignment:  Hooligan
Gender: Male
Age: 27

Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual and dominant.

No-No's
Site limits.  Participating in male-male.  Maiming.  Bathroom play.

Personality: Though not so homicidal, Ropes is a little bit like the Joker played by Jackie Chan.  He's chosen to be a villain, and he chooses to have fun with it.  He pulls crimes as much for fun as for wealth—though he is interested in wealth.  Occasionally a need to self justify comes out and he'll give a hero a little push to see if they'll go bad.  He's also decided that the biggest perk to being a bad guy is to be able to take any woman he wants.

'Secret Identity

Secret Identity occupation: Police Detective

Background Seven years ago, officer David Tremel was a hotshot rookie cop in Paradise City on the fast track to detective.  He had college level certification in law enforcement and years of martial arts training and even--to those who really digged--some time in an especially hard hitting branch of the Society for Creative Anachronism.  He was a good shot too.

Most of all, he was a good cop.  Working some of the harsher beats in Paradise City, he won the respect and admiration of those who knew him--even in poor minority neighborhoods--with respectful manners, a handsome face, and a reputation for always being the last man on the scene to draw his gun.

David's Partner, Toby Li, was also a bit of a legend.  Even more so than David, Toby's martial arts skills and ability fight gunmen without drawing his piece were the stuff of legend.  Another young officer--Daniel Ramirez, said they should make a movie about the two and call it Extraordinary Abilities.

Only two men on the Force--Toby and Daniel--new David's secret--or why they were just as likely to find his suspects tied up with ropes found on the scene as cuffed.  David was a  mutant.  His family possessed a variety of abilities that were not just extraordinary, but actually superhuman.  They weren't always 100% human in appearance, either.  For example, not only can David animate ropes with a sort of limited telekinesis, he is in peek physical condition and able to heal at speeds no normal human can match, with two extra limbs growing from his back behind at the bottom of the shoulder blades. They might be described as tentacles.  David calls them his tendrils--or just his ropes.   They're sensitive, fully prehensile, extremely resilient, able to regenerate fully in a few days, and can go from nodules on his back to a reach of thirty feet.

At the time, a lot of the city's organized crime was handled by the Ruso crime syndicate.  Tony Ruso was an 'old school' crime boss.  Clearly a criminal, but honorable, and with a sense of order.  Early on in David's career Tony's nephew, Lougi Ruso, seized power in the syndicate.  Rumor was that Lougi was shot at least three times during the coup, earning him the title, “Bullet Proof Lou.”

Bullet Proof Lou's reign resulted in a brutal upsurge in publicized crime, but the man lived up to his moniker, with the best lawyers money could buy and a knack for intimidating cops and judges alike.

On David's third year on the Force, he and Toby had had enough.  They developed vigilante persona and waged a 6 month war against the Ruso crime syndicate.  It ended with David suspending Lou—who had indeed proven to have superhuman strength and immunity to all but the most powerful handguns—over a pit of molten metal by a hemp rope and choosing—rather than let the man get off Scott free again—too drop him.

It started with compromises, but in this case the allegory of the slippery slope showed some truth.  Life on the streets only improved so much with the Ruso syndicate gone.  It would improve a little more once the power vacuum resolved, but that took years and David didn't really see it.  Meanwhile a new city government slashed funding to the police.  A bunch of older cops were pressure to retire early, and when that didn't cut the budget enough, there were lay offs.  The lay offs must have involved corruption, as a number of the city's most honest cops were targeted.  Toby wound up moving to upstate new york to take over his sifu's old dojo.

Disillusioned and fed up, David dug up the Ropes costume again.  He increasingly felt more alive and accomplished as a vigilante terrorizing the criminals than as a cop arresting them.  Somewhere in it all, bits of sexual tension started to grow.  At first it was almost heroic, accepting the gratitude of a girl he'd rescued when a gentleman would have refused to take advantage of a so recently traumatized girl.  Enjoying it, he started actively seducing girls he'd helped...

And then there were the bad girls.  So many of them used their sexuality as a weapon anyway, Ropes started calling them on it, put out or shut up.  From there it was just a few more steps down the road to Hell to molest the girls he was questioning...

Or even the ones he defeated.

Not so long ago, a state legislator's son raped David's little sister, Jenifer.

Many men will do horrible things when pushed to their limits.  Some men will put that time behind them and go back to a righteous life.  Some take satisfaction in being the dark avenger and continue to walk that line for a time, for better or worse.  Some just decide they like being bad.

Elven Sex Goddess

'Alter Ego Costume'

Character sheet

Alter Ego: She Demon  (the Fence)
Secret Identity: Lady Tabitha Clara Winholme
Alignment:  Hooligan
Gender:  Female
Age:  45

Sexual Orientation: Pan-sexual

No-No's Only underage is beyond She Demon

Personality: A sultry seductress,  with a sadistic corrupting streak that is inherent in her very nature.

'Secret Identity

Secret Identity occupation: Is a reclusive socialite,  with perceived old money wealth

Background  Born in 1971, a pregnancy conceived in Satanic ritual.  That would merge the essences of a succubus soul with the soul of the yet to be born child.   Turning a sweet innocent soul with corruption.    Through she is now officially 45 years of age,  because of her demon essence part of her soul gives her a sultry exotic look.  That transcends both forms she can take.   Her demonic heritage /powers of her twin souls.  Is when she can draw upon her powers in her demonic aspect.

There is division and such is evident in the two aspects of the She Demon.   Those marked visual differences.   Are evident in physical characteristics.  For when her demon half takes control,  her wings.  Bat like leathery wings come out.   Yet the truth is both sides of her dual souls bleed and blend together.    Because of such over the years,  Tabitha i.e.  She Demon has become a major fence in the city.   Moving stolen goods for the other hooligans of the city.

Because of her old money and family aristocratic status.   Tabitha / She Demon moves in the socialite circles.  Beyond that though as mentioned.   She is a mover of stolen goods.   And anyone in criminal activity.  With hard to move stolen items comes to the She Demon.   To move said goods.

Moving stolen goods through is not her only fault.   For her demon side of her soul is drawn to the seven sins as a moth is drawn to the light.   They are like a euphoric drugs for her.   That is akin to a sweet ecstasy and rapture that washes over her in doing one of the seven sins.   Pride. Envy. Wrath, Gluttony and Lust. Sloth and Greed.

So the Utility Belt for Ricochet is intended to replicate the all-purpose equipment pack folks like Batman have. I pretty much ripped it from Mutants & Masterminds Gadget Guide, and even with 1 or 2 Equipment Points I can get a versatile array. I figured presenting these first would be better for approval in case she whips something out:

Antitoxin: Feature (+5 bonus on resistance checks against toxins) • 1 point.

Climbing Gear: Feature (climbing bonus) • 1 point.

Commlink: Feature (Communication Link) • 1 point (2 points if Subtle).

Digital Recorder: Feature (recording) • 1 point for audio or photographs, 2 points for both audio and video.

Gasmask: Immunity 1 (gases) • 1 point.

Parachute: Movement (Safe Fall) • 2 points.

Rebreather: Immunity 2 (suffocation) • 2 points.

Smoke Bombs: Enhanced Advantage 1 (Hide in Plain Sight) • 1 point.

Swing Line: Movement (Swinging) • 2 points.

Zip Line: Flight 3, Gliding, Limited to between two points, Platform • 1 point.

*I can apply Affect Others (+0) to allow a PC to borrow it while not retaining the use myself. Like lending a rebreather. But for those costing 1 Equipment point, I can apply Affect Others (+1) representing Ricochet having one for herself as well as a spare.

Attractive, Defensive Roll 2, Diehard, Improvised Weapon 3, Jack of All Trades, Luck 3, Ritualist, Artificer, Uncanny Dodge

Complications
Motivation: Survivor. Jason survives, even if that leaves a trail of bodies a mile long. he is determined to live and defeat

Underestimated: Nobody understands it's more than just luck that leads to a mere mortal with no special skills succeeding against horrifying monsters. They dismiss him all too easily - and always regret it.

Monster Magnet: Jason has a hereditary curse that makes him a magnet for danger of all kinds, especially the paranormal variety. If there is a monster, demon, eldritch horror or deadly threat around it will inevitably cross his path.

Alter Ego: None
Secret Identity: Jason Holland
Alignment:  Vigilante
Gender: Male
Age: 26

Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual

No-No's Everything negotiable except underage

Personality: Jason is a hardened survivor of countless monster attacks. From the time he was a child his life was filled with the weird and the strange, and he has slain more monsters and defeated more villains than most people will ever see. His entire family and every friend he has ever had has fallen prey to the creatures that seem to gravitate toward him, and he has become a ruthless and hardened slayer of monsters, suspicious of everything and everyone and willing to fight to the death at the drop of a hat if necessary.

'Secret Identity'

Secret Identity occupation: Convenience Store Clerk/Monster Hunter

Background
Jason Holland is descended from a line of cultists originally born and bred to serve the eldritch horror known as the Faceless One. in the early 1900's, the few remaining members of his family line still alive fled the cult and came to hide in the United States, and within a century their heritage and the cult their forefathers had fled were completely forgotten. That all changed a few years ago when the cult of the Faceless One found the remaining descendants and began to capture and kill them one by one to usher in the return of their master. Jason survived and slew the eldritch horrors summoned by the cultists (and most of the cultists themselves) and after running for a long time he has grown tired of running and realized that the creatures hunting him are not the only monsters and villains in the world, and he has now taken it upon himself to fight evil in all its forms ruthlessly, making him a brutal vigilante and sometimes-hero. He is unaware of the fact that if he were to die, the last seal keeping the Faceless One from the mortal plane would fall away, and that is why those who serve that ancient terror seek him out.

So my character is done, I just have to find time to transfer to text, since all my other attempts have utterly failed and I got hit with training like an elemental force.

I think that it can do a lot of good, but the timing was both awful and a surprise.  Can still help run game but the rote copying will likely not be done until tonight.  I will also expand the background and include links to pics even I am still unsure how to format them into the message itself.

The problem then is with Myth-weavers for you?     There is no rush,  I likely will not put up the OOC until tomorrow or Friday.    As pushing to see if get some more interest.     The main in character thread likely be up no sooner then Sunday.   But like said,  is hoping to draw some more interest.

TheVillain

Another idea floating around in my head. Not sure I'd do both characters but this one might be a fun idea too.

'Alter Ego Costume'

Character sheet

Alter Ego: The Thespian
Secret Identity: Unknown, "Brian Conners" is earliest known alias.
Alignment:  Hooligan
Gender: The Thespian is Genetically Male, but its had so many cybernetic and surgical modifications that the terminology may not apply anymore.
Age: Unknown, believed to be somewhere in his late 20's to mid-30's.

Sexual Orientation: Pansexual if it can be summed up in a word, but it can be argued that the Thespian doesn't work that way anymore.

No-No's: The Thespian seems to be entirely capable of adapting his/her sexuality to the "role" they are playing.

Personality: "Poetice Vivere, Aut Mori Stultitiam"

The leading theory is that the creative centers of his brain are somehow metahuman, his imagination is limitless. It's too the point that it has been theorized that he's always experiencing some level of Stendhal Syndrome. Art, Music, Poetry, Drama - these are the tools of the Thespian and what he lives for. "Poetice Vivere, Aut Mori Stultitiam" is often seen at crime scenes associated with The Thespian - "Live as a Poem or Die as a Fool".

Unfortunately, this means that he seems to be physiologically incapable of thinking rationally and this has spiraled into an active urge to murder. Many think this makes him easy to manipulate and maybe in some ways this is true, but in other ways this makes him impossible to predict let alone control. A romantic soul at heart, he almost seems heroic at times - but at other times he seems completely psychotic.

'Secret Identity

Secret Identity occupation: The Thespian is an Actor, and a very talented one. So much so that the Thespian is known to received several Oscars and Tony Awards. The problem is that the Thespian is so talented that he/she can pass for a competent member of practically any profession, at least to an outside observer.

Background Each Act of Creation begins as an Act of Destruction.

Nobody really is sure where the Thespain came from, which for someone who has spent so much time in front of the camera to be so mysterious is just bizarre. What is known is that as a child he showed up at the auditions, wrote Brian Connors on the application form and auditioned for a family sitcom called "My Hero At Home". Blowing his competition out of the water, he landed the role of Chris Walters - the main character's son. His performance was so skilled even above child actor standards that he is often considered personally responsible for the show lasting the 4 seasons that it did.

By the time the show ended, he was getting movie offers and worked in Hollywood for years as a child growing up under the spotlight. A talented one too, he has Tony's and Oscars among his personal possessions. People did think it was kind of odd that the parents could stay out of the spotlight so well, but the dark truth didn't come out until he was 18.

Things began to slip the year before when the movie studio insisted that he hang out with pop sensation Luke Feiber so that they could sell the idea that they were friends. The truth was that Luke was a shallow talentless hack who didn't even sing his own songs, let alone write them. He played the role of Luke's best friend but the truth was that he couldn't stand him and was disgusted by Luke on every level. Then one night Luke got behind the wheel of a car while drunk and hit a child but used his corporate connections to get away scott free. To Brian, this was the last straw.

The world at first thought Luke was a changed man wracked by guilt. He set his feelings to a new record that he not only wrote himself but hammered out in only 2 weeks. A record that didn't sell as well but was considered by critics to be his best ever - then someone found the body of Luke Feiber. The world discovered the truth quickly - Luke was actually murdered by Brian weeks before, then Brian managed to impersonate him so well that even Luke's family was fooled. In the resulting investigation they even discovered that "Brian Connors" never actually existed - the name was fake.

I always tell the Truth. Even when I lie. Especially when I lie.

Brian disappears forever then, replaced by "The Thespian". "The Thespian" is a mystery, a uniquely human monster that is considered absolutely terrifying. The Thespian is a serial killer dedicated to making the world a more beautiful place - even if that means killing people to do it. The first few years were as an unpowered serial killer that targeted people who in the Thespian's mind were without artistic natures or, worse, used what artistic nature they had to ruin the arts for others. Victims ranged from rapists and other murderers to pop icons that didn't do their own work to fascists and radio personalities deemed too artistically oppressive. There is no real denying that he goes after the people that make life ugly but how he does it isn't pretty. His MO was horrifyingly flexible as well - "The Thespian" only requires that there is some sort of overall artistic quality to it all, like a tribute to a death scene from a classic film for example. It is known that "The Thespian" sometimes poses and mutilites the bodies like they're sculptures but he doesn't have to do that everytime. As such it's known that the Thespian has had at least 40 victims over the years but potentially dozens more.

Just as terrifying is how the Thespian does his/her work. An excellent actor at his core, the Thespian originally used costuming and make-up along with his skills to impersonate others. He/She became terrifyingly good at it too, so good that most victims didn't realize they were talking to the Thespian and not one of their loved ones until it was far too late. The Thespian has taken it further though, taken money stolen from victims to fund a series of cybernetic and surgical modifications. Now, thanks to a series of hologram projecters implanted directly into the Thespian's body the "costume and make-up" part of their work is practically instantanous. The Thespian can at least look and sound like anyone on the planet, and impersonate them with the skill only an accomplished actor can muster, even feel like them too within some bounds. He/She's been surgically altered to be able to change his height, build, and switch genders at will as well for example.

There are weaknesses to the Thespian's abilities. The Thespian can only appear to have changed their weight for example. The Thespian can change into a being that is mechanically female and even appears to be pregnant but has no ovaries and can't actually have offspring as a female. The Thespian can impersonate beings with superpowers and even look like they have them as well, but the Thespian doesn't actually get copies of the powers of beings they impersonate. Most terrifying of all though is that the Thespian can get so lost in a "role" that he/she can lose their sense of identity, fooling even telepaths - and his/herself - of who they really are.

And then the Thespian goes for the Kill, and the world becomes a slightly more beautiful place...

'Secret Identity

Secret Identity occupation: Inventor and investor

Background: David B Anderson (B stands for Barrington) was born to wealthy family (father a owner of succesful sport car factory and mother a lawyer) and in youth he was fed everything in golden spoon; toys, hobbies, friends even. He was arrogant as any other rich kid and lived reckless life and was lazy in studies and so on. Until he ended up into car accident where he was crippled in age of seventeen and his reckless behavior with car killed family and three children. In court it was succesfully argued (thanks expensive lawyers) he did not kill the family and it was mere accident (he had alcohol and was inexperienced driver), so he suffered only fines and his parents paid all of it. However he remembers always the faces of the relatives of the family; justice was not served that day. Even if he was crippled in the accident it felt lukewarm trial for those relatives.

He had wake up call that day, morally speaking. He started devote more time on studies and he became a determined genius. He had always knack in learning new things which excited him but none was more surprised than himself when he hit 310 on IQ test, surpassing likes of Einstein and William James Sidis! Because he had been rich playboy and being rich, his untapped inteligent potential was never used nor exploited but it now literally exploded up as he studied rapidly to catch up lost years in studies! He studied in all advanced universities and he finished each and everyone in less than season, graduating in overall four topmost universities in single year! After graduating he went to work under his father.

As his father's factory produced sport cars, his technical genius showed in becoming engineer and designer for new cars which were economically and environment friendly and even produced first full electronic sport car called TESLA model-101. It was huge hit on markets and was foundation to his immense wealth since age of 22. He has then devoted time in developing inventions and founding companies who push human societal evolution, well being and also world's well being as well. He donates lot of money and resources to third world countries to provide basic neccesities like electricity and water and also technology for them get connected with rest of the world. In now approaching thirties he is one wealthiest men in the world (besides renown genius) and has done much globally speaking.

Yet he feels not sated....so he develops privately his own inventions where he builds robots to help him fight crime in the present city of his residency; Paradise City. He uses his technical genius, connections, wealth and his hacking skills to fight crime, expose criminals and also if possible aid other heroes fight against crime. However he keeps himself well hidden and never gets directly involved in any crime figthing albeit he has years worked back in his mind evolutionary invention of creating artificial nerve system replacement and cybernetic organs and parts.

I can totally see a clash/rivalry between Ghost and Vox. Just throwing that out there.

Yeah, I can easily see that those two know each other via real identities and may be even colleaques (worked in some projects in past or present) but secretly each one harbords radical different views regards well being of humanity (and that he is professor teaching students where as my char is rich business guy and inventor).
