Billy gets thrown into the fast world of drifting when her step father gets stationed in Tokyo Japan. Billy's always loved cars and racing's her obsession, her one release from the not so perfect life she has at home where her step fathers volatile temper and unwelcome drunken advances usually end in violence. But drifting isn't the ten second races she's used to from her days in Miami. Throw in a hot and heavy romance with a fellow racer and her lifes about to get a lot more dramatic.
