The Prison Doctor (F/F possibly M/F)

The idea is more or less based off a picture

I would like to play the patient, i see it mainly as being f/f though i could see the possibility for a forced body modification idea. I like the idea that a Prison doctor is misusing her power, perhaps she has some sort of special government program and has picked a few special specimens out of the general population who are kept separate in her "pens"   

I would like to do this idea with somebody who likes to write, personally i always prefer longer posts it just gives me so much more to work with. I think for this one i would also like somebody interested in some extream stuff. But i am also very much interested for working out a more detailed plot.
