Counting Stars

Camelot was once a shining city, but is no more.  The great battle of Badon Hill saw the death of Arthur and his knights at the design of the sorceress Morgana.  Spurned by her once lover, Merlin, for her hand in the fall of the king, she was exiled to anonymity and died in disgrace.  Now reborn to the world with no memory of those past transgressions, she becomes drawn to a man who very much remembers her and can't quite manage to hold her at arms length despite that past. 

Themes:  Arthurian, reincarnation, druids

Dona Nobis Pacem

A woman is a delicate thing.  At once a force to be reckoned with on her own ground and simply a piece on a chessboard, a queen is as fickle as they come.  Held captive in her own chambers the wolf outside her door, she is mysteriously released to the leader of a rebel faction for supplies much needed.  Assured she is a symbol and nothing more, she was escorted to a safe keep garrisoned by men loyal to the king, who had been lost in battle.  The noble knight, intent on the vows of his service, must ultimately make the choice between seeing the rebellion through or claiming queen and crown for himself.
