No. Nor would I be if I qualified. I accept that the members have very high IQ's but I note that the number of world leaders, Nobel Prize winners, Pulitzer Prize winners, leading scientists and business magnates in their ranks is rather smaller than the number of, say, post office workers and carpenters.

Interesting question. I trust that they have access to a lot of knowledge and have been thoroughly trained in medicine and the health system. But I still think mistakes are made daily and a lot, a LOT of what they try and recommend are 90% guesswork. Anyone who's been on their fifth type of meds for the same damn illness know what I mean.

Yep. After hearing the exact words "I don't know what you have, but let's TRY these pills and see if it makes a difference" from a doctor, I turned to other 'doctors' where I at least wouldn't be seen as a test subject of some kind. Plus, he fixed it in a month *grins*
