AMP Year One RP game!

I've been reading the AMP Year one and Year two books recently, and it's gotten a fire started to the point where I want to run a game.

Now, while I would prefer to run a weekly session over IM, (either Saturday or Sunday, between 8pm -1am gmt), I am willing to run and play over a forum or PbP version.

The idea is simply, I'm going for an ultimate x-men or ultimates vibe. A group of recently activated people between 18 and 21 have been drafted into the Institute. This is part real life social science experiment and PR stunt. They have been recruited and trained to use their AMP abilites, to protect the populace against both mundane crime and criminal AMP's.
