1st hour in here and I don't know where anything is.I think I am supposed to answer some questions but not sure if I am supposed to just post my answers right here or if there is an actual questionnaire and I just fill in answers or if I should put questions and answers within a separate post like this which I doubt.
Any direction from anywhere from anyone on what process is to complete questionnaire would be appreciated.

A common practice is to copy the questionnaire (highlight the whole thing, ctrl-C), then start a new thread and paste it in (ctrl-V).  You can then put your answers in right after the questions.
