Futanari is ok, also even if we got mechanic, technomancer has cool powers which can synergize well with mechanic (or double as mechanic in case main mechanic is hacking computer systems example).

I bring this up as I was going for a hole in the roles and was suggested science officer, though now it seems that doesn't need to be filled so much, neither does the hacker idea you suggested to me.

Still, I don't see anyone taking Technomancer, so I'll see what I can do with that if there's no better role and class to fill.

Well, there can be multiple engineer (spaceship combat) roles as science officers (do multiple scan actions per spaceship combat round). Also can do gunner role as well (if invest to dexterity a bit to be decent ranged combatant if not best one). I will later today compile list of people, to list chars/sheets they have submitted and spaceship combat roles as well. Also include people who had shown interest but haven't build anything solid yet.

Knowing what classes would be good for each role may help too. I'm seeing a lot of crossover when I look at skills and class abilities.

Gunners use ranged attack roll, that's really what they use/do :P. Plus any feats which function with spaceship guns.

Also following people have displayed interests but haven't provided much details (and most have not posted past first page or one page they posted in nor have posted pic for their concept); Ron Don Volante (Envoy with Icon theme, holovid starlet), Changingsaint (solarian or operative), LtFox (tech focused android), Callie Del Noire (some silly idea), Saika (some hacker type)

That's 12 so far but so far ONLY Sain's spot is confirmed into game, so there is 6 people to fill into ship's crew/staff (and rest 13 become controlled NPC's and Smikey is the 21th member and is playboy owner of the vessel). So no spots confirmed as there are quite few chars above which lack some of the following; Name, picture, theme and background (that's all I need to know for picking wise, all so far have told their classes and races they wanted). Full sheet can be finished after picking is done. I hope able make picks in monday (not tomorrow but day after tomorrow from my time perspective). Idea is to start game in wednesday on last day of the month. If I pick 4 people in monday (minimum to run the game), then tuesday and wednesday both serve as additional recruitment days for remaining 3 spots.

So from above list we need a pilot, engineer, science officer and then 3 gunners (as ship has three gunner positions). So far class diversity is good what I have seen and good concepts :). So far HopeFox is only multiclass char but it fits for vesk to have one level as soldier anyways (as his char is mostly a mechanic). Anyways below is official logo of Pouncing Full Moon (so in regards any uniforms or what image is painted to ship's hull or other ID marker by crew, below pic is there);

If So would a companion like character, Like Inara  from firefly work.  Also might do a burlesque show, since she tends to deal with clients that require discretion or need a beautiful companion to some high society gala that is  sociable and intelligent and wity. Also a role I did not seen mentioned but if  you would like a ship counselor role I think this character  could fit that bill.

I'm going to drop out. My reasons being I'm not seeing much clarity in regards to how the ship roles can work without stepping over each other's toes and it's super unclear just who's doing what right now and little help has been thrown my way to get some more clarity. Good gaming all.

On the matter of wearing armour versus being naked, there's enough Life Bubble ability among the PCs to cover the entire crew, so it's quite possible to perform all shipboard duties entirely naked. I think that's what Radok will do - be naked in her sexy form when on board the ship, doing sex shows and engineering stuff, and then put on her heavy armour for missions. I already have some ideas for how to make the engineering department very lewd. ;)

A gunnery check uses either the gunner's ranks in the Pilot skill or their BAB, whichever is better, plus their Dexterity modifier. So to be a good gunner, you want good Dexterity and either high BAB or lots of ranks of Pilot. Other bonuses to the Pilot skill don't help, though.

In general, I wouldn't worry too much about shipboard roles. They can change from fight to fight, or even within a single combat, and I'm sure we have enough to cover each role. With seven players, we'll either have three gunners or some people acting as support staff, and that's fine. I don't mind taking a back seat from time to time.

(Although I should really raise my Dexterity a bit if I'm going to be firing anything, on land or in space. Lemme take a look at that.)

Ok, to be clear there can be one captain and pilot, as those are critical roles and only one roll allowed from each per combat round. Overall any given class can only do one action per spaceship combat turn, only one who can make exception to it is captain by using a action to give extra action to specific crew member.

Next up is Engineer, they have multiple actions but are limited to do one action each (so even if you got 10 engineers you cannot do ten times Divert action). But I can see easily spot for two engineers; one could divert and other use patch (repair ship dmg) or Hold it Together example.

Gunners are limited to number of weapon platforms in ship and Pouncing Blue Moon has 3 of them, so max 3 gunners. But if ship has no need for engineer, then engineer with pilot skill can act as gunner for the ship example.

Science Officer (or simply computer/scanner guy) there can be any number of them as their actions are not limited like engineer has them; they can do ten scans/lock ons in combat if they got ten science officers.

Applications are open. Anyways the ship is very outlaw alike, pirate and also runs porn studio. So a 'classy high profile mistress' may be odd addition to the ship (unless said mistress disguises herself and has alter persona; perhaps dominatrix or such). Being high class escort who works while ship is docked (working outside the ship) is possible though if bit odd (regarding choice of patron or method of transportation, could work if your main clients are criminals or white collar criminals example).

Ship counselor/mentor role is held by Smikey, but if want you could be devoted to Smikey (meaning your his mistress) who works on other clients because Smikey allows it in their contract (other times your serving Smikey). Ship position wise your not second in command (captain is that), but rather speaker for Smikey few situations where Smikey cannot or does not want go face to face meetings outside the ship. Or overall work as informer to crew members when Smikey wants you deliver a message or such.

I was leaning towards white Collar criminals and maybe even crooked politicians. The guests in dock could work and those who guests who have vip status on the ship might get private showings on board with her as well. So as long as they are wealthy and would enjoy a higher class of entertain then she would be the one for the job. She uses private exclusivity  as more of a marketing strategy then she is shy  about doing sex on screen and she does the live burlesque shows to give a taste of what could be theirs for the right type of client and with the  credits or influence  or both to match.

If I go operative/Envoy she might even make a side business of being arm candy/bodyguard work as well.

Oh what I meant by ship counselor was like a deana troi like role someone who handles the interpersonal issues between crew and the sexworkers. Not a second in command more like therapist and morale and welfare personnel.

Oh, yes, I forgot that there can be multiple Engineers taking different actions! That will balance things out nicely, if we have more than one person with Engineering (which is in class for everyone except Mystics and Solarians, it seems). And I certainly don't mind having two Mechanics in the party.

On the subject of starship actions, the ship is Tier 12, right? That may make it difficult to perform starship actions which have their DC set by the tier of the ship.

Ah, so ship counselor you meant someone who holds pep talks to crew members and is overall working as someone whom crew trust talk to or solve internal issues (Smikey can do it also but if your char capable doing it as well then he leaves such work to you). Also another idea is that even if your on screen having fun with the crew members, but you provide service to those who cannot reason or other come to the ship while it's docked and running it's orgy/sex club parties.

But I am curious to see the background why come your char is not working as independent escort or through agency, instead going high risky route in being crew member of Pouncing Blue Moon (which has entire crew wanted list by default since joining if not already have significant crime rate). Smikey also had pulled strings, rescued or adopted crew members on whim basis as well, but joining his crew gets you labelled as criminal/pirate for sure.

Yeah, ship is tier 12. So it has some issues with ship's actions but in return actions by foes are harder to pull off either. The ship provides +2 skill bonuses to all actions done by crew, expect from captain itself. But in critical situation Smikey can step in, giving his full skill bonuses to some tasks when needed (most likely step into role of pilot if possible, take ship control's and start do stunts which make jaws drop as he for reason was top tier racer in 'younger days').

Daredevil operative, human Futa (formerly female) with Ace Pilot, and probably the ships pilot.  A former cover op/spy of the flashy James Bond/Totally Spies/Kim Possible/Dirty Pair mold, had to take medical retirement after an enemy supercharged her sex drive and turned her herm.  Could be mad science, a magic artifact or something else.  The Blue Moon fits her certain set of skills and growing sexual urges.

Also if wonder what Smikey looks like, well, I went bit classics and picked this. He is still racially ysok (so yeah, small size doh), but appearance is similar to motorbike mices from mars. Expect the fur is black his case and he has white thunder bolts on his cheeks (which can expand damn a lot, which often happens when he munches on food).

Hmm well I just got it she was  on a mission to  infiltrate a slave ring and apart of her team was on the take  and sold the  rest of the team out  and Smikey manage to find her and got her out of the  tricky spot she found herself in and she decided to stay on with him in the hopes she could find her  other sold out team mates and free them like  Smikey did for her.

Sheet looks good Swordsman, well in regards androids you have two routes; take human/humanoid ones with glowing tats/parts or take anthro looking androids with glowing tats/parts. In Furbolgia, anthro star system, the androids were still slaves to regular population a century ago (where as rest of galaxy androids have got freedom of will more centuries than them). So there is bit cultural difference besides appearance to Furbolgia androids. But below spoiler are some example of androids I find attractive.

Overall with androids fine with quite mechanical looking (but stills smexy) gals, but also okay with near human/living looking minus the fact their eyes glow or have glowing parts in their body (usually in form of tats as I understand the tats work like finger print for them and such). Last pic in above is 'kemo' appearing android and they are 'youngest' models (or simply human backgrounded android who sake of cuteness factor added animal parts on itself for creating kemo appearance).
