Isn't that how things always are?  I too would like to make my interest known, but I must confess that I'm largely ignorant of the systems that are in place.  Which is to say, this is the first time I've even heard of Castle Falkenstein.  My roleplaying experience has been solely through online play and prose, so I'm completely inexperienced when it comes to traditional methods of roleplay, which much of this site seems to be proficient with.  Dice systems and so forth...  I'm not sure if that applies here, but any pertinent information that you would be capable of providing would be much appreciated.
