A different kind of workplace

You are fresh out of university, looking for your first real job in the adult world. You suddenly come across what sounds like the perfect job offer (I'm happy to discuss what industry this business is in), and are given a potential interview without a problem. Unknown to you however, your boss has private interests which have a tendency to become part of the workplace as well, as you are about to find out.

I'm pretty open to how this story works, although (in case I was a bit too subtle with that short description) the boss is channelling a less creepy version of Christian Grey. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
