A very specific Sailor Moon TF idea! (Details inside)

So I'm a bit of a fan of Sailor Moon. More a fan of Sailor Mercury, but I love the series and I have an idea I've been dying to play:

Ami Mizuno has been having visions, possibly of Crystal Tokyo, of highly advanced cybernetic implants and seeing how people's lives improve with the use of them. Additionally, she's been having visions of herself in a fully mechanical body. (Link is Safe for Work) So she gets to work designing and even building these new cybernetics, spurred on by these visions and even being instructed on how to make them, then perhaps seeking volunteers to test them...or applying them to herself!

What happens next? This is just a rough idea but it's one I'd love to play out, I love robots, I love Sailor Moon, this is my jam. PM me if this idea interests you, I would love to hear what ideas you might have. This goes double for anyone that enjoys girl on girl relationships, as she might try to test things out on her friends...
