"Witness Protection"- i d e a s ||-F for M-||-Rated R-|| DETAILED RP WANTED

[Alive Until Dead]

F.Y.I. Below are two different scenarios and female character options for a Witness Protection case. Both are meant to allow for sexual tension and character exploration. The Male Lead is open to discussion though I did include a few preferences.

Witness protection: Ivy LaShanko
(OOC:  John = your character. John's the protector, he's calling the shots and she's mostly letting him. Sexual tension should be played up around the initial reactions of seeing one another half-dressed. If you've ideas run with them!  )
(--) Modern, Present Day.  Could be "Light" or "Bondage" in nature. (--) 

• --- Setting ---  Abandoned building of some kind nothing special just a place off the radar they can rest for the night. With only one set of clothes and not a lot of time they wash their clothes in the tub and let them dry during the night. It leaves witness and protector in their unmentionables which of course changes things.   
• --- Plot ---    High sexual tension and seduction. John is a US Marshal who has been transporting Witnesses across the country for nearly a decade without incident. Of course the day he read the case file for Miss Ivy LaShanko he knew bad things would come. The read started like your typical 'wrong place wrong time' until he saw an added note about a case she was involved in two weeks prior to the one that landed her in his care. Hunted by both sides of the law John goes off-script and off the radar with her. It's not until they find a place to squat that John has a moment to get some REAL answers... and relieve some stress.   


• --- The Male Lead --- Smart, perhaps more than most and especially good at putting things together. He's typically rather cold, calculating and perhaps even 'overbearing'; something about Ivy's expressiveness and bashfulness about being half naked in a room with a half-naked man not only amuses him, but excites him.   


• --- The Female Lead --- She's very expressive and emotional though strong willed. She has a sense of humor and the skills to give most men a run for their money, despite having no notable background for it. A walking mystery with all the subtleties  of a sensual core. She's not accustom to being around men intimately and finds the whole experience with him distracting, arousing, and captivating. Sometimes when someone offers you a chance to escape a shitty situation, you take it.   

LASHANKO CASE INFORMATION

Miss Ivy LaShanko
Eyes : Blue/Green

Occupation : Consultant/Private Investigator/Tracker
General Personality : Very attentive,  elegant, ethereal, and quite vague with her personal details. She's witty and good natured with a mildly dark 'appetite' and knack for being a smart ass. She's very expressive and emotional though strong willed. She has a sense of humor and the skills to give most men a run for their money, despite having no notable background for it. A walking mystery with all the subtleties  of a sensual core.

WITSEC
Terms: Ivy here by agrees to testify against members of the Illiak Cartel for the Murder of Judge Lilly Whiteford; in exchange, Miss LaShanko is entering WITSEC under a new identity. She agrees to leave everything of her old life behind including friends and relatives.

Case Notes :

• Entering Witness Protection under the new name of Ivy Carter.
• Picked up at the house of Judge Lilly Whiteford as one of two survivors (8 total dead, 7 were cartel members, as was the other survivor who corroborated her story.)
  
  • Judge Lilly Whiteford was being targeted for sending the Don's son to prison for statutory rape
  • LaShanko was believed to be there under the employ of Mrs. Whiteford, investigating her son's disappearance
  • The Son has still not been found (2 years now)
  • It's been stated by both surviving parties that Miss LaShanko killed the 7 cartel members in an effort to save Mrs Whiteford.
  • LaShanko was stated to have disarmed the man holding her hostage in the house, using his gun to kill the others
  • She suffered only minor injuries for which she was treated; split brow and a dislocated shoulder.
• Transferring from Washington D.C. to Phoenix Arizona.
• LaShanko's medical history doesn't suggest any allergies or mental illnesses
  
  • Two weeks prior to the Whiteford murder LaShanko was under investigation for the murder of two cops and four unidentified civilians in the warehouse district
    
    • Forensics are still trying to piece together the scene, LaShanko claimed no memory
    • She was found unconscious and badly bruised in a storage room after a mobile K-9 unit tracked the dead bodies
    • LaShanko was released from the hospital and not formally charged with anything
  
  

Witness protection: Micca Takatori
(OOC:  John = your character. John's the protector, he's calling the shots and she's a bit terrified. Micca is Blind and this will play a big part in the story line. )
(--) Modern, Present Day. Supernatural Aspects. Whatever happens. (--) 

• --- Setting ---  Micca's studio Apartment. The public isn't yet aware of paranormal people or creatures. There are special divisions of most law enforcement and government agencies tasked with monitoring and protecting the public from these paranormals coded as "alphas". (Creative freedom on these departments and such is allowed) The FBI has been working with local law on cases surrounding a group currently dubbed "The ASH", Alpha Supremacy Horde. Believed to be a group of alphas targeting both human and alpha alike. There are currently several pending investigations. It is not yet  on record or common knowledge that Micca is an alpha; she can astral project. This information should come out in RP.   
• --- Plot ---  Micca Takatori is the first known case with advance warning. She contacted a Private Investigator after she learned of the writing on her wall, the PI happened to be connected to the Alpha Unit at the local law level and word quickly passed up the line which brought the Marshals in coordination with the FBI and local law to her door step. John has been assigned to her for Witness Protection, but the FBI wants to use her as bait first. Their plan is for her to remain at her apartment under careful watch with the hope that the message left on her wall was a promise for someone from ASH to come get her as past cases with the blood-code on the wall have resulted in missing persons.   


• --- The Male Lead --- For sure the one thing he will be required to have is a certain ability to understand and work with a potentially traumatized witness. So he should have confidence and the ability to be reassuring. He may or may not have prior experience with a blind witness but he was selected because the Marshals believed he was best for this particular job.


• --- The Female Lead --- Micca used to be one of the best Trauma Surgeons in the US, she was an active member of Doctors Without Borders and happily married with a son. A little over two years ago Micca took her family on a 3rd tour with Doctors Without Borders and it was there that Michael, her husband, and Tyler, her son were killed in a bombing that also took her sight. This information has been flagged in her file as a warning that she may be prone to an emotional breakdown and reliving of past events if the fear and terror of her current situation mirrors that of the past.

• Entering Witness Protection under the new name of Micca Dawson.
• A dead raccoon was found in the drop ceiling of her bedroom
  
  • The night she found it, she stayed with her downstairs neighbor and discovered the next morning, the writing on the wall
  • Micca's neighbor helped her take Polaroids which she brought to a PI who informed the Alpha Unit of the local police
  • The Local Law contacted the FBI who looped in WISEC
  • The ceiling tiles were replaced and the raccoon removed and writing washed off and painted over
  • The agreed objective in this case is to use Micca, with her consent, as bait for the ASH
  • A WITSEC official has been assigned as her in-house protector for the duration of the stake out
• Outside surveillance is minimal and pulled back a few blocks to avoid spooking or alerting the ASH
