Lady Hecate

Worse Than Death

Ask yourself, what could be worse than   Death?
How about calling him  Father?

Heavy rain patters down upon the windows when you awaken. White, crisp, pristine sheets tuck in you into the unfamiliar bed. That is when you realize that you can’t remember where you are. More importantly; who you are.

Your name, age, past… Everything is a clean slate. Except for your death, that is. In your life, you committed a terrible crime. Be it once, twice, or three hundred times, the faded memories still haunts you. You could have been a murderer, car thief, psychopath, et.. Whatever it was, it got you killed even. But He took pity on you.

Pity isn’t the right word. More so, Death took an interest in you. He gave you a new life as his child. He was even kind enough to gift you with a special ability to ease you into this new lifestyle. And, he gave you a new name. A pet name, if you will. Since you cannot remember your true name that shouldn’t bother you, right?

You are not alone, either. You discover first that there are three doors that lead out of your room. The first is to a private bathroom. The second is into the hall of the large, ancient mansion. The third door, the most important one perhaps, is connected to the chamber of another experiment. Your partner.

You see, Father isn’t all bad even if he is the reaper of all souls. He simply grew lonely in his eternal life. He felt empty. So, he created a family. Three daughters and sons of misfit creatures that were no longer wanted within the living world. Who besides Death himself could love criminals and murders after all?

As his children, you are given one request. To give Father your undivided love and do absolutely everything that he asks of you. This will begin with training and, eventually, you will be tasked with the reaping of souls to lessen Father's burden as his eternal bones grow weary. During training, you will learn how to use your new ability. Father's minions will test your strength to see if you are truly fit for this lifestyle and, of course, for Father's entertainment.

However, there is one thing you must remember. Do. Not. Break. If Father discovers that you are broken, that you are no longer loyal to his every word, you will be exterminated. No questions asked.

So ask yourself, can you stay with Father for the rest of your undead life, acting as his pet and pawn?

But once you remember the horrors of your past, which living hell will be worse?

Requirements:
~Posting length should be aimed above 400 words.
~Absolutely no chat speak.
~This is not going to be smut driven. Yes, sex can happen but I am more interested in the relationships between the different pairs as they work together. Or against each other.
~I am looking to have 3 pairs of characters. Ideally 3 males, 3 females. If same gender pairs are requested, though, it is fine by me!
~Partners are up for discussion. I would rather that everyone works with someone new for sake of creativity. These will be made once all the characters are selected.
**** If this has a lot of interest I will be selective about characters. For this reason, I ask that questions/comments/general chatter are posted in this thread. Please PM character profiles to me.

Roles:

Females
Ghost ~ Played by Lady Hecate ~

Ghost

Age
19

Gender
Female

Personality
There is one word to describe Ghost's personality: Void. She had no personality whatsoever. Her face is a blank slate as all time, unless something incredible happens. If she has any emotions, one can never tell. No one has ever seen her laugh or even twitch into a smile. Unless spoken to, she will remain mute and simply stare off into the distance. She hears everything because of her quiet demeanor but will never tell, leading people to say things around her without a second thought or worry about their secrets being let out. Ghost has lost any trace of free thought and often must be told what to do before she acts. She was named Ghost by Father because it is easy to forget she is even in the room. Due to her lack of personality, she does not understand sarcasm and will take anything said completely literally. Even with all of this, she is said to be extremely intelligent as she is often found to be quoting great authors or basing her words of science.

Are You Broken?
Ghost has no form of free will or thought. She will simply do as told, although she will favor Father's words. If left alone, she is completely for father. She will never act against him on her own.

Power
As her name would imply, Ghost can phase through and object. When she does this, her body has a certain transparency so people can see right through her. She can manipulate this easily, though, such as being able to unlock a door by messing with its inner workers when phasing through.

Weakness
If Ghost is terrified of shouting, water, heights, and trigger memories of her father (even if she does not remember they are of her father). When frightened, she will unconsciously become transparent and be unable to touch anything without dropping it or will cover her ears with her hands. If she becomes tired or stressed, she will fall through any object she is sitting/leaning on. If, and if, she manages to become mad she will also be unable to hold anything. Ghost is also terrified by bodies of water larger than a bath tub (even that is questionable) due to multiple mishaps during her life.

Appearance Description
Ghost has long, pale blonde white hair that reaches her waist. She also has cold, steal blue eyes that seem to be blank and has absolutely no expression. Her body is extremely thin, almost anorexic looking. She is slightly shorter than average height.

Crime
In life, Ghost was always a quiet girl. However, one difference was that she always smiled. No matter what, she was happy. Ghost had a younger brother and sister- twins. She was in charge of them for the weekend while their parents were away. Unknowingly, the siblings (ages 7) wandered into the pool that Ghost had left unlocked. They were playing around the edge and fell in. By the time Ghost found this, the boy had drowned and the girl suffered massive brain damage. Ghost was never the same after this. She blamed herself completely and her father added to the guilt as he eventually came to abuse her.

Death
Ghost, previously known as Sophie Johnson, was murdered by her abusive father. She had been out on a secret meeting with her lover. They even shared whispers of possibly running away together, him wanting to protect the beaten and bruised young woman. Roy Johnson followed her out on this meeting, furious that his slut of a daughter could even consider leaving him after all he had done for her.  Putting it to an end, he waited until Sophie was alone and dragged her into the river until her screams were silenced by the babbling water. Even in the new life, Ghost is terrified by swimming.

Other
Ghost can play any instrument she sees, even if it is her first time handling it. She favors the piano, however. Close second comes the violin. One could say she almost smiles when playing an instrument. She will also randomly say things that do not always make much sense but abstractly do. Like she will comment of a bird outside a window while someone is talking to her about a completely different topic.

Siren ~ Played by Caela ~

Siren

            Age:
            27

            Gender:
            Female

            Personality:
Siren is vibrant and colorful. Even in death she feels alive and those meeting her are likely to feel as if they've met a force of nature, not a quasi-dead woman. Intelligent in life, death seems to have stripped away those preconceptions or prejudices that would have limited her use of her intellect, leaving her with full access to the power and perception of an unhindered mind. The new perceptual ability leaves her with a nearly constant smile curving her lips and a sense of wonder flashing through her eyes and while she may seem easily distracted, she actually pays more attention to what is happening around her now than she ever did in life.

            Are You Broken?:
Siren is undecided if she wishes to side for, or against, Father. On the one hand he has freed her to an entirely new way of viewing reality, but (on the other hand) he's also trapped her in death and she finds she is not fond of being in a cage, no matter how gilded.

            Power:
Father names her Siren, after the creatures of Greek mythology. Beautiful women whose songs could, and did, lure men to their deaths. In life her voice was pretty enough to be entertaining to friends, in death, Father has given her a voice that could make gods weep and could, indeed, lure people to her...and into any trickery Death may have planned for them, if she sings for them. When she sings one can't help but to stop and listen, the sweet strains of her voice pulling the heart and mind of her listeners in any direction she chooses to take them be it ecstasy, or into the arms of Death himself.

            Weakness:
While her voice may seem to be the essence of sweetness and life, it can be overwhelmed (it is still just one voice after all) by an orchestra or by a loud enough radio...or simply by placing headphones in your ears and turning the volume up loudly enough to drown her out.

Not much frightens Siren, but if you can trick her into a small, dark, room, she will quickly be incapacitated as she falls into the throes of a massive panic attack. Leave her long enough and she will be left as little more than a gibbering idiot for days afterward.

            Appearance Description:
Siren stands at a statuesque 5'9 and enjoys being able to look down on people she deems unworthy of her time or attention. She also enjoys the attention her toned legs, curved ass, flat stomach, firm breasts, strong arms and sweet face have always brought her. On study it's clear her face is facile in expressions and that she knows how to use it to good effect. A pout from full lips, a teasing glance from slightly lidded sapphire eyes, the flip of nearly platinum hair at just the right moment...Siren moves with the confidence of a jungle cat, and the surety of a woman more than comfortable in her own skin.

            Crime:
Always having her own moral compass in life, Siren marched to the beat of her own drummer. A drummer her parents (her highly religious Mother in particular) disapproved of and tried to punish out of her. Her Mother would often lock her in a small cupboard under their stairs for hours (sometimes days if her Father was out of town on business) at a time trying to force her into a mold more pleasing to her Mother than to herself. This is where her extreme claustrophobia was born.

As soon as she could, she left her Mother's house, preferring a life on the streets to her Mother's repressive rules. She did many things to earn money to eat and to pay her rent, petty theft, pick pocketing, hustling pool or card games but once she'd been out long enough, and learned the city well, she also found the best neighborhoods in which to turn tricks. Always careful, she chose men who clearly had money, and who she could manipulate with a sweet look and, seemingly, innocent charm. While it wasn't ideal, it allowed her to earn the most money, with the least amount of effort.

Her prostitution was also the cause of her death when a Pimp, that she refused to pay for the "privilege" of working his territory decided to use her to send a message to other working girls in the city. A dark street and a gunshot to the back of her head ended her refusals to work for him.

            Other:
In the end, Siren is most concerned with looking out for herself. She will watch the back of a partner, but only so long as she feels it serves her needs unless that person actually manages to earn true friendship, and not just a temporary alliance, from her. For those she actually cares about, she'd face Father himself.

When not serving Father in some way, she is often found with a book or sketch pad in her hands. Both seem to sooth something inside of her, making actually appear relaxed and at peace in a way that nothing else does.

Dysnomia ~ Played by Katiana ~

Dysnomia

Age
25

Gender
Female

Personality
She is cold and aloof when first met she knows she is beautiful and deadly and she doesn't really play well with others unless they prove to her that they can be trusted, she is wary of new people and will attack first, just in case and ask questions later. When she gets to know someone she can be a good and supportive partner she will fight along side them loyally, killing for them if she has to. Well read she can debate with the best of them but often amuses herself by resorting to sarcasm and snarky comments, she is cultured and well bred her manners and etiquette are impeccable. She is intelligent and lies more on the practical side than the bookish and can improvise pretty well.

Are You Broken?
She is all for herself and her closest allies, she will go with Father if it benefits them and against him for the same reason.

Power
Dysnomia has been given the power to cause great pain through a selection of fighting styles, not much different though she discovered that now she has a few magical type moves which she hasn't quite figured out how to harness yet and has up to now only successfully set a few things on fire.

Weakness
As above, powers are not yet harnessed and she won't admit it but she has no idea how to control them so at the moment throwing her hands in the air could be dangerous for everyone concerned, including herself. She has been known to be thrown of kilter by a sexy muscular older man every now and again.

Appearance Description
She has tattoos scattered across her body, memories of times that she can't remember, in life each one was meaningful but now just a jumble of pictures across a blank canvas. A raven on her left shoulder, a small pawprint on her right buttock, a chain around her left ankle, a small snake on her inner wrist and some foreign characters running up her spine that in a language she doesn't recognise, let alone translate.

Crime
Working for the highest bidder in life Dysnomia would use her feminine wiles to manipulate, bribe and blackmail her way into the hearts of foreign dignitaries, military figures and politicians stealing and passing on important and dangerous information. This would have been bad enough as on more than one occasion she betrayed her own country but she had no scruples and even resorted to killing for high stakes.

Death
This is where her weakness shows, Dysnomia was set up by her own country, lured in by a fat reward for stealing some information from a military figure. They researched her weaknesses and came up with the perfect plan. She went about the meeting as usual and dressed up bumping into the General at a party held by a rich businessman, it went wrong instead of him becoming intrigued with her and handing over the information she fell in love with the strong handsome older man, she eventually found someone that she could not betray and he betrayed her, a bullet straight through the heart.

Other
She is a bourbon drinker and cigar smoker and loves nothing better than to curl up in a old worn leather chair with both, oh and a book.

Males

~Male 1~

Suade ~ Played by ItsOzone ~

Suade

          Age
           21

           Gender
           Male

           Personality
Suade is a very calm, observant individual. Suade was the name given to him, to couple with his power. Suade has a shadow, one that mimics his movements or mirrors his step. Like a second set of skin, his shadow can be hurt, hurt others, and consume energy. The shadow is everything Suade...isn't. While Suade is slow to anger and understanding of his surroundings, his shadow is angry, tyrannical, senseless. But Suade's naturally kind heart always wins back control over the shadow. But every time, it grows more difficult.

            Are You Broken?
Suade himself is loyal to Father. He doesn't question Father, he doesn't doubt Father. Father gave him a second chance, a second chance...what was his first? Was there ever a 'first' chance? While Suade doesn't question his role in Father's plan, his shadow does. Releasing his shadow is like allowing doubt and despair enter his mind. Whenever his shadow is summoned, his mind loses the ability to suppress more human instincts. His shadow questions father, it doubts Father will hold true to his word, and it doubts that Suade has the ability to regain a human life. But the shadow relies on Suade to be free of it's prison.

The shadow needs Suade, and Suade needs his shadow. Suade is not broken. The shadow is torn.

           Power
Suade has the ability to split in two sparate individuals, both identical. One hold's Suade's form, while the other is essentially a black clone of himself. No clothes, just darkness. Like a shadow. This shadow possesses all the physical strengths of Suade, but lacks the mental stability to keep those strengths in line. The shadow can remain 'summoned' for an endless period of time, but to every upside, there's a downside...

            Weakness
The shadow uses Suade's energy, just as much as Suade uses his own. Imagine a man jogging down the street. Now imagine him jogging down the street, but as he moves, he's also powering another human being right beside him. You could imagine that with double the effort, much more energy can be uses. Thus, if Suade uses his shadow in a fight, and they are both extremely active during the fight, Suade will get tired much quicker and will be less effective as time passes. Therefore, in order for his power to be effective, Suade must either resolve a confrontation quickly, or back off before he becomes a useless clump of tissue on the floor.

Apart from those weakness, Suade has a fear of dark, enclosed spaces. Screams also bother him, those of pain and fear. Of course, if he hears a scream or yell from someone being injured in some sort of fight, it won't bother him as much. But blood curdling, murderous screams that seem distant or mad will always haunt him.

           Appearance Description
Apart from the minimal facial hair and short mop on his head, Suade is, or rather, was, in relatively good shape. He was no muscle builder, but he wasn't soft either. A naturally toned body coupled with a few days a week at the gym, alongside the affects of hands-on physical training from his old job created a tall, strong, tanned man at 6"4'.

            Crime
Suade, in his former life, was a tank crewman in the United States Armed forces. Well, crewman is a rough term, considering he was the one barking out orders and ensuring that his tank made it in an out of combat without so much as a dent on it. And that's just what he did. Over one hundred combat missions on his first deployment in Afghanistan, and his tank's paintjob only suffered a few scratches here and there, disregarding the RPG that, literally, bounced off of the tank's hull. So what changed? How did a star tanker end up screwing up so badly that it cost him his life?

The answer is simple. He let the power go to his head. He became over-confident, he thought that his tank, an extension of himself...much like his shadow... was invulnerable, which even for an Abrams isn't true. His judgement suffered as well, which is why when he ran his massive metal paper weight through a house's wall, he came out with two women and a trio of children plastered to his tracks, rather than the insurgents that he swore were inside.

But that wasn't the worst part. What happened next is what sealed the deal.

            Death
Murdering your fellow countrymen was a crime. One punishable by death. So when Andrew pleaded to his crew not to tell the brass and to instead forget about the god-forsaken shanty town they were in, and his crew refused to look the other way, the tiny inner compartment of the tank turned into a blood bath.

His friends turned on him, ordering him to drive back to base and 'fess up to what he had done, but Andrew wasn't having it. He instead drew the standard issue sidearm that all tankers had, and fired point blank into his gunner's head. The gunshot was piercingly load, and before the driver had a chance to even plead for his life, Andrew put another bullet into his head.

No witnesses.

But shooting in a confined place such as the innards of the tank had its consequences. Like, starting a fire when the bullet exited the driver's head and slammed into an instrument panel. The smoke from that alone filled the cabin up far too quickly to offer him any other options except for escape, which is what he tried.

Sadly, the insurgents he did see came out of hiding, and when the hatch opened, and Andrew's head popped out, four AK-47s opened up in him, killing him before he even knew what was going on.

Because of his death, and the betrayal he stopped before in festered into a mutiny, Suade's distrust of others in extremely hard to break.

            Other
Suade's shadow, now in the afterlife, holds all of his rage, his poor choices, his disingenuous feelings. The feelings that caused him to make the grave mistake that got him killed are ow all cooped up in the being that never was. If you stare at his shadow for a prolonged period of time, you will eventually see it moving, striving to escape his master's grasp...

The Pharaoh ~ Played by DTW ~

The Pharaoh

Age
53

Gender
Male

Personality

If you had only one word to describe Pharaoh's personality it would be: Historic. Pharaoh is one of those controversial yet honored  men you read about in history books. The Hannibal's , The Caligula's , The Genghis Khan's of the world. Like his Historical forefathers , he is wise and hardworking yet his most famous trait is his lack of empathy. His  inherent inability to sympathy with the plight of others. He's self-centered and egotistical. Your stereotypical malignant narcissist who hides behind nationalism and military conquest to hide his true colors. Yet despite  all his negative traits , the effort he puts into  victory  and supremacy is enviable. His goals may be selfish and unjust but his  effort is enviable in all regards. He's unbelievably motivated and passionate as well as logical and precise. He's a great thinker with the mind of a deviant.  A genius bathed in hedonism and self-indulgence.

As one would expect The Pharaoh is also a great orator. A born leader of men if there ever was one. Good at convincing those around him he has their best interest at heart even when he doesn't.

Are You Broken?
Due to his manipulative nature ,  The Pharaoh appears broken but there is no doubt that he is free within in his own mind. Just waiting his time to revolt against his captor.

Power
The Pharaoh is a great manipulator. With a simple change in tune , he command even the nicest man to commit great acts of evil.   From a simple glance ,  he can tell what motivates a person and riles them up and  he has no problem using this information to his advantage.

Weakness

As noted previously , The Pharaoh is hard headed and self absorbed. He's quick to strike and aggressive , goading him into battle whether verbally or physically is rather easy. Also due to his manipulative nature he has a hard time telling the truth as well trusting other people. He's secretly fearful of what they would think of him if they knew just how maniacal he really was.

Appearance Description

The Pharaoh is a rather  stoic looking military  man.  Like his voice ,   Pharaoh's  seemingly lifeless eyes are old and piercing. The stern look constantly gracing his face is a reminder  of the intense anger that hides behind his charming public facade. He walks with an air of violent complexity around him with a strut reeking in chilling confidence. While somewhat small in statue , The Pharaoh is a  physically imposing man. His malicious appearance only making his softly spoken words even more salient.

Crime
The Pharaoh was once a great general.  A master technician who  could outsmart even his most  well equipped foe on the battle field. Yet it was  not his  profound strategies that gave him fame. It was  the brutality that both he and his men operated with. Whether the barbarism that  the Pharaoh oversaw while in command  was a product of the war or the product of deeply deranged individual is unknown but what is known  is the savagery he unleashed upon the who opposed  him and his armies. Not just those who took up arms but anyone he thought opposed him and his armies presence in the world. He ruled through fear and violence and was quick to  punish those who spoke out against him harshly either domestic or abroad.

            Death
The Pharaoh's death is unfortunately unremarkable. After the war , he came home and got a  regular white collar job. He died in his early fifties of a heart attack at home  during a family BBQ. He never faced any justice for the injustices he committed. Once the war was over , People were quick to forget the strife they had gone. The memories  of the dead and wounded to much for the public handle.  The  Pharaoh was resolved  of all his indefensible sins because to punish him was to punish the masses for their hand in his actions.

Other

Frost ~ Played by Uprising ~

Frost

Age
26

Gender
Male

Personality
Frost is cold. Simple as that, in and out. He doesn't care about anything or anyone, he only looks out for himself. He is rather rude and doesn't listen to what other people have to say, nor does he obey orders, save for those from Father himself.

Are You Broken?
Frost is not broken. Father gave him a chance to live again, and for that, Frost is thankful.

Power
Frost has the power to manipulate objects around him; also known as telekinesis.

Weakness
Frost finds it rather impossible to trust people, nor does he excel at working together. He has trouble obeying authority, and does not listen to the advice of others.

Another weakness is women, or rather, his hate for them. Both for what happened in the past to him and his desire for their bodies. It's like he wants them, but he hates them for that.

Appearance Description
Frost stands about six feet tall, with tousled black hair and blazing sapphire eyes. He is well built, muscular and agile, and he is a street fighter.

Crime
He was orphaned from the moment he was born. His father died in a tragic car wreck five months prior to his birth, his mother dying in child labor and, some say, from a broken heart. He was sent to live in an orphanage, a cold place where there was no love or warmth in the hearts of others. He, too, eventually grew cold.

He often suffered abuse and neglect at that place, mainly from the hands of the Matron. So much turmoil done to his mind that when he was sixteen, he pawned a gun off of a street vender and shot the Matron eight times while she slept. He felt nothing, no remorse or happiness, yet a small smile adorned his lips as he heard the children scream and run off into the night.

He was on his own from then, always on the run, never staying in one place for longer than a week. He did everything he could to survive, stealing from gas stores, robbing wealthy houses, even murdering those who really pissed him off.

Death
One thing he never did was prey on a woman whenever he robbed or murdered her. It never really occurred to him, being incapable of love. He wasn't the type of perv who got going from killing, he did it because it was necessary.

One day, he had quietly sneaked into a rich man's house, while he and his wife were on vacation, and proceeded to ransack a lot of jewels and goods. Then he heard the stairs creak and turned to see a beautiful blonde woman in a nightgown, stating at him in bewilderment.

He was about to shoot when she came towards him, her hands slowly unbuttoning her gown and lowering it. She pressed herself to him, begging him to take her, and he fell into her trap, pressing her to the floor.

While he was moving inside her, the cunning bitch put on a good show, while her hands inched out towards the gun. As he ejaculated inside her, she swiftly pressed the gun to his temple and blew his brains out.

Other
Due to his death, he has a bad predisposition to women. He does not trust then and does not respect them very much.

The idea for this RP is not fully flushed out. I look forward to interweaving your ideas into it also! It could eventually be something different than a competition between the pairs. That is simply what first came to my mind.

Perhaps, even, all the partners will want to work together to rebel against Father. Breaking the game all together.

***Note: You have never met Father. Occasionally you will see his shadow from the corner of your eye. Or his voice will whisper into your ear those moments before you fall asleep. But you know he is always there. Waiting. Watching.***

Katiana

Hi, I'm really interested in this story. I'm just thinking about a character and will post a profile soon if thats ok with you. :D

Charlemagne

With so little space open, I'll try to make a character for you right now.

Expect a PM sometime tonight :)

Lady Hecate

Yay! Interest!

I look forward to both of your characters. There is still room for others to join!

Feel free to use this as OOC until the slots are filled. Also, let me know if there is anything you would like to see in this RP. I don't want to think of all the challenges on my own. I figure we will spend a few days in training and meet & greet before any competitions begin. That way emotions can make the challenges more interesting. :D

Love And Submission

I'm totally in. If you'll let me of course.

Lady Hecate

I've never used a dice system. >.>

I'm still trying to plan what challenges will be. Or if there will be challenges. Ideally I want the characters to form alliances either for or against Father.

Challenges were my first thought, but a second idea I've head was more of a Reaper school of sorts also. Once again, those for or against Father. This would be up for discussion between the players.

I want this to be more of a community RP rather than me GMing all the ideas.

Lady Hecate

Mhmm. That could work if everyone else is okay with that idea. That was also something I was playing with. Just thought it would be harder to explain than the challenges idea. (Though you made it pretty easy..... And even gave me more of an idea!)

I still want the pairs, but perhaps they could be for hunting purposes rather than fighting. Or just a buddy system.

To those that expressed interest prior to this, look for an update in the description sometime later tonight. I'll PM y'all when it happens.

Caela

This sounds interesting. Will work up a CS and PM it to you Lady Hecate.

I have updated the intro with my new (combined with Uprising) idea! Also added a "Death" section to the profile. You can combine Death and Crime (they should be linked somehow anyway). Just make sure how they died is in there somewhere.

They are no longer playing against each other. Rather, they will be Father's pets. Some may choose to be Broken and try to find freedom, however. Ghost (my character) is not broken.

I think it would be interesting if the pairs each had one Broken and one Un-Broken to make tension rise a bit, but that is not necessary. Mostly I just don't want everyone to be Broken. Also, even though you are paired with someone does not mean you guys have to be in love. You just met. Romance is something I would like but it can be in other ways besides with your pair.

Once the characters are posted, I'll ask everyone to PM me who they would like to have as a partner. From their, I'll try to match abilities, personalities, and requests as well as I can.

Let me know if I should clarify anything. :D Excited to have you all!

Lady Hecate

Yayaya! Everyone approved! The last one to submit their character is Uprising.

Do you guys want me to simply match you to a partner or do you want to PM me your preference? (guys can PM me now, girls should wait for Uprising's character) I do have an idea of who I think will play nicely together. :) But I'll be a nice GM and listen to you all.

Note- Not everyone may be able to get their first choice. But that can still make things interesting!

Lady Hecate

All characters are in!

Everyone can now PM me with your preference in Partner. I'll do my best matching to your request, but unfortunately not everyone will get their first choice. But all the characters are amazing so that shouldn't matter much. :D

Also, general discussion: Should we have a posting order or general wait for two people to post before you go again? I do not want anyone getting left behind from speed.

They're in!!!

I have created an OOC for all discussions to move in. By the end of the night I should have the intro thread of the game posted. I will post the link in OOC once it is posted.

Lady Hecate

Greetings! A male spot has opened up! This character would be partners with Dysnomia as DTW will no longer be joining us.

We have started, but only just so there is nothing to catch up on and the flow will be seamless!

Let me know if you are interested!

Another male has stepped down.

The partnerless pairs are Siren and Dysnomia. Come snatch up these lovely ladies!

There is no need to read the posts made before your character enters, but so far we have less than a page written.

Mister Grimm

I'm fairly interested. Just trying to think of which character of mine that I want to use.
Just curious about the powers they have. Is it anything goes within reason?
I've got all the things I need. It's the nature of my breed.
I'm independent, s m o o t h and confident.
Always in command with a graceful element and a tasteful compliment.
Do you know who I am?
I'm a deadly handsome man.

Lady Hecate

I apologize but the spot has been taken. >.<  I failed to update the thread.
