:) Lol good game everyone...though I kinda feel something missing when playing mafia over a forum as opposed in real life...:P Feels like with pms and such, it hardly seems like an even battlefield. Alas, poor me, couldn't even really defend myself. Hehehe, good luck to the rest of you guys for trying to get the last!

I've never played this game "live" -- I think I'd panic! -- but I've heard it's pretty different playing online, yep.  And I always feel bad seeing players get removed from the game, even the villains.  :(

Imogen

Mad props to anyone who can do this "live" and not give themselves away by giggling madly or looking horribly guilty!!! Even online I have to have little talks with an overeager conscience at times; I think if I were to play real "live" i'd have to overcompensate with feeding fellow players cake and drinks :-(

I've done this before a few times.  Once, myself and a partner took out an entire roomful of people (20+), one by one.  XD

What I would love to do someday have a "murder mystery" dinner party, in which one person is killed between each course.  Then the guests vote on who they think is the murderer, and so on, until either everybody is killed or the murderer(s) are found.  That would be truly awesome.

Valerian

I have played one of those murder mystery dinner party games, where everyone dresses the part and tries to solve the crime, and that was pretty fun.  It was actually also a geek fest -- it was a bunch of my gaming friends and I playing the Star Trek: The Next Generation themed game.  Heh.

I was also, long ago, in an ancient Roman-themed game online somewhat like what you describe, Remiel, though it never did get played out to the end, sadly.

The most memorable live mafia game I played was out of a room of 14 people, three of them mafia. What we didn't know was that there were actually 15 players...one of them was carrying a baby...:P So there were 5 of us left, one of them happened to be a confused detective. We had no idea who the final mafia member was...until (at least this is what I heard from the detective) he pointed at the baby. Apparently, the narrator nodded....lol.

As Rolin is currently absent due to the demands of work and hasn't been logged in for a week now (and will likely be absent for a week more), I'll be letting fate decide who his vote is for.  All remaining cast and crew have been listed alphabetically (minus Rolin) and I'll be rolling a d7 die to determine who gets the vote.

Voting for a new Producer will commence prior to the lynch vote at the start of the next round once I've heard from Stage Manager and Understudy.  :)

Hrmm. Dead bodies all around us, people dropping left and right --- this drama really is starting to assume Shakespearean proportions.  Just like Romeo and Juliet itself, I fear there won't be many left standing when this is all over.

Oh, if only the production had been A Midsummer Night's Dream ...

If we shadows have offended,
Think but this, and all is mended,
That you have but slumber'd here
While these visions did appear.

Valerian

Just think if we'd been auditioning for the Scottish play.   :o

Ah *Cackle cackle cough.....* Lol, no wonder why Imogen ended up not getting lynched on the first day, and rather the understudies were in soo much trouble...:) Kinda figured Imogen was something or other in order to get support. I have a question though, director. (That is, if this influences the game anyhow, by all means, don't answer it, but I couldn't think of a reason why it would.) If you didn't get voted out, were you still able to protect Imogen? I know that you protected him during the second night, but what about the first night?
