The basic idea is a young, perhaps a touch naive sorceress who wishes to tap into the powers of her soul. She increases her power through sex and bodily fluids.

So a bit of a beginning outline.  Perhaps she makes a deal with some devil/demon/fey lord, and they are offering to 'awake' her powers.  Through sex of course.  Then she can be set on her course of unlocking more power and dominating the world!  Perhaps she doesn't intend to become evil, it is just the easier option.
