Ok this is a bit more strange and something that kind of popped into my idea and has been itching there. The basic idea is of a possibly rich "cougar" mom and her son, the son finds out relatively early on that he feels different about things then "normal" starts cross dressing and maybe looking into the possibility of getting breasts. The mom is a very dominant kind, constantly checking up and looking over him. One day she either discovers his interests or perhaps comes home early to find him all dressed up. And finds him attractive, gets turned on by him what follows is a kind of punishment that turns into the mother "giving him what he thinks he needs" maybe after he swears he had never been with a boy?

In my mind its a fairly rough even brutal start to something that becomes softer around the edges. I know its something of a weird idea.
