I uploaded an avatar but it's not showing up, How come?

Avatars need to be resized to be no more than 150 px wide by 200 tall, most often the problem is a sizing issue.  If it is a gif there can be additional complications.

What picture are you trying to use and we can get ya sorted out :-)
