Soldiers and a grand plan. RP idea for MxF, MxM, FxF, or FxF

This RP is based in the future and is somewhat based off of Halo. Out characters are in a unit of 10, but when we take our first mission, the rest of the unit all end up killed by our enemies. The humans are in a war with a group of hostile aliens that intend to take earth for its resources, it's own planet turned to an inhospitable wasteland through years of abuse. We are barely surviving the onslaught. We begin to learn more about the aliens as we are captured alive, learning that they are a religious, intelligent race, seeking to appease their gods by ridding the universe of life, attempting to find the perfect being, at which point, they would end the existence of their own species.

The Story

Background: At the age of 12, she was taken from her home, replaced with a clone of herself and had her memory wiped in order to be given military training by a special forces unit called SASU, she was not given the full abbreviation. After years of training, 4 to be exact, the took her from her bunk and began their modifications of her body. Through massive amounts of pain, she managed to survive her bones stretching, her muscles growing, her mind sharpening, and she was an augmented soldier. She has now been in the SASU for quite some time, 9 years, and she is finally joining a unit of her own with her own commanding officer, before that, she was just a solo scout, but finally, her medical prowess can be put to use.
