Aia is the Tribe Daughter of the Taino Indians. Every ten years a member of the tribe is born with the ability to Shape shift, they are called Skin Walkers. These members are the guardians of the Tribe, and usually become the Tribe Leader in time, for their ability to live very unnaturally long lives. These members.. are always usually male. Aia is the first female born to the Tribe as a Skin Walker, in the last hundred years. The reason? She is a twin, her Brother Kaian is also a Skin Walker, Twins are very rare, and usually the only means of females being born into the gift. and Very Rare is a pure blood Walker born. Aia and Kaian are both.
