A time travel 1940 norway set roleplay

Having seen the movie the Kings Choice, a very good movie I must say, it gave me an idea for a roleplay. If it interests anyone, let me know.

I would be the Captain of a US navy guided missile cruiser on its way to Oslo after participating in war games exercises. While on its way to Oslo after the exercise, a strange fog would surround it in the Fijord, and we would emerge to find ourselves in the same place, only in april 8 1940.

What kind Of a story would you like this to become? Drama, action? Heavy themes or mostly nostalgic and romantik?

I'm thinking drama and action, with romance thrown in as well, with her finding herself in a position to alter the course of history, short or long term, and getting involved with someone.  Thank you for letting me know that it interests you.
