I was just wondering if I could write a story I have in mind without any partner in any of the forums?

Of course! The best forum for that would be the Storytelling Forum.  Just remember to tag appropriately.  ;D

I have a similar question. Could i start roleplaying with myself? If so how should i go about doing that?

If you want to write a story, Rainbowkitt, you're welcome to do so in the Non-Adult Storytelling board.  If you'd like to put up a role-play request for someone to join, you may do so in the Non-Adult Roleplay Requests board.
