Ahh, okay.  Crisis averted...or something.  ;)

Ryven

This is a dialect of geek speech that I am unfamiliar with, so I will just smile and nod. :-)

Trieste

Sorry. :P

I think it's funny that the IP Tracer looks up the MAC address. ::)

Aadreal

Soooooo....is anyone else both confused and turned on by all this geek speak?  Or is that just me?

*Swoons* My sweet sweet nerdy Trie....

Also, MAC addresses are on the NIC, so a tracer might pick that up.  :P

I love me some geeky folks! Don't understand half a word they say, but so damn cute!

yugi006

So confused by this. Not sure about turned on though. I might be though.

Well, yeah, but it just seems easier to grab the IP and just do a WHOIS.

I mean, it's fiction, so I'm not like "WHOA FAULT HERE" and I know it can be done that way especially if you're trying to pin down a specific device, but then is it reeeally an IP trace? ::)

*Blinks* Trie, are you trying to get me to take my pants off? Because it's working.

Trieste

But... Bo, you don't have any pants. There's just a comic book.

Sex Bobomb

*Looks down in shock* Holy crap! You work faster than I thought! *Snickers* Fine, I'll let you claim the comic then. That's a big deal.

Don't you just have to look in the mirror to accomplish that?

If they were talking about tabletop or video gaming, I'd be swooning, but this kind of geek speak just leaves me confused.

Trieste

Oh... oh, better idea.

* Trieste takes over IANA.

I now know the whole Internet.

*laughs* If they were talking tabletop I'd be tearing off their clothes.  Video games...I'd have to find someone else to tear the clothing off of. *nods*

Trieste

* Trieste has old-school gamer cred. >.>

I started playing D&D when there was still a THAC0. ;)

Sex Bobomb

*Grins cheekily* I could talk about video games literally for days.

Trieste

Yeah, I think the last video game I played was... *thinks* ... Ape Escape.

Unless you count Minesweeper.

Same here with the video gaming.

*swoons* Trie...mmm...I didn't think it was possible for you to become even more alluring.

*sighs and shakes head* Good thing you're cute.  Allows me to overlook that trait.

*grins* Bo has all the cute.

*Swoons* Trie has all the everything, and she knows it. *Grumbles* So not fair.

Trieste

* Trieste blows kisses at Bo, then goes back to puzzling over subnetting notation.
