I might be interested in Bomberman (since he's almost exclusively on Nintendo platforms) but characters from Crysis 2 and Sly Cooper were from games that were never released on any Nintendo console, ever. So if we at least keep the Nintendo-related 3rd party characters open this might be something I'd want to get involved with, but otherwise it's just too much craziness.
Ah.... Yes, you're right. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. Actually, I didn't realize that Sly Cooper and Crisis 2 were never Nintendo games. I should have researched before hand, but I looked it up now, and you're absolutely right. It was my mistake.

*sighs* I feel bad about it, but I'm going to have to rescind the applications of the affected characters.... I should have paid more attention. But I won't let it happen again. I'll be sure to research each character applicant first.

CHARACTER NAME: Galen Marek “Starkiller”
GENDER AND SPECIES: Male, Human
ORGINATING GAMES AND SYSTEM: Star Wars: Force Unleashed I, II, Wii, Soulcaliber IV, Wii, Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars, Wii
PERSONALITY: begrudging, determined, self-sacrificing, loving, loyal
SKILLS AND WEAPONS: force reflexes and senses, powerful force abilities including telekinetic and force lightning. Also had a lightsaber.
HISTORY: Galen’s parents were killed by Darth Vader, but then Vader took him and trained him. After being used as an assassin by Vader for many years, he and Vader work in an attempt to overthrow the emperor. He is betrayed, defeats Vader, dies, and is eventually cloned.

I'm afraid that as a Star Wars character, Starkiller won't be allowed. The parameters for character selection are that the characters have to have appeared on a Nintendo game, but not including games based off of movies or novels.

If you need any help deciding on a character, I'd be happy to review possibilities with you.

Fox Mcloud
"Oh, no, sir. We prefer doing things our own way."
-Fox Mcloud

Gender and species: Male, anthromorphic fox.
Personality in 5 words: Cocky, Courageous, devoted, Arrogant, and sometimes foolish (Makes brash decisions.)
Skill's and weapons: Expert pilot, and charismatic leader. He is a master in military hand to hand combat. And is a crack shot with his light, lazer pistol. As well as having a force field that protects him. (Must stay still and concentrate for his forcefield belt to take effect. Only works in short bursts.) He also has a remote control navigating touch screen on his guantlet. Allowing him to give simple commands to his space craft. (Such as raining bombardments on a small location. ;) )
History: An ace space pilot, and leader of team Star Fox. He dropped out of the academy to go off on his own, becoming a more merc like band of misfit's that saves the galaxy, and gets the job done.
Pokemon/ally: ROB 64 (Teams robotic intelligence.)

Bio:Fox was raised by his father on Corneria, albeit he was born on Papetoon. He exhibited exceptional aerial skills even at a puerile age and joined the Cornerian Flight academy along with Slippy Toad.

Later, outlandish activity would be reported emanating from the planet, Venom, where five years antecedently General Pepper had vetoed the delusional power-mad scientist, Andross. James McCloud, member of the Star Fox team, flew to Venom to investigate, but was apostatized by his fellow pilot Pigma and he along with Peppy were captured. Peppy soon managed to escape, but James was killed by Andross.

Peppy returned from the incident as the sole survivor to apprise Fox of his father's fate. Emotionally prehended by the news, Fox dropped out of the Academy in order to avenge his father's death. Peppy took Fox under his wing, and together composed an incipient Star Fox team, recruiting Falco and Slippy to the team.

Star Fox was called upon to stop Andross and preserve the Lylat System. Fox led an incipient Star Fox team throughout the battles in the Lylat System, running into allies and enemies alike. His amity with Bill Grey was revealed during one of these missions, and he withal goes head-to-head with Wolf O'Donnell of Star Wolf and others. Once Star Fox reached Venom, they fought through its defensive lines or Star Wolf all the way to Andross's base (depending on which route the player takes). Despite the protests of his team, Fox faced Andross alone. After Fox vanquished him, Andross self destructed, inclined to take Fox with him. Fox screamed at his impending doom, thinking it was the end... but then Fox's father, James McCloud, appeared as a spirit to guide him out of the base, while in the way out he verbalized the famous quote "Never give up, trust your instincts" and mentioned how vigorous Fox has become, determinately evanescent when prosperously exiting the base. Fox then left victorious as Andross' base exploded abaft him. They headed back to Corneria, where General Pepper offered to officially integrate Star Fox into the Cornerian army. Fox relucted, stating that they preferred to do things their own way.

Cybernetic's: Every one in team Fox are dedicated pilots. You see, in the aerodynamics of space, their blood flows through their body slower. Causing potentially lethal health issues and a risk of heart attack. As to keep this from acuring, they all had their legs amputated. And replaced with bionic ones. As to make the distance their blood has to travel shorter. Lowering the risk. So wait... What! they amputated their legs? I call that DEDICATION!

Afiliations: Ally's that appear as npc's.

Krystal
Falco
Rob 64
And Slippy (Dam you slippy, help yourself for once!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND STOP LETTING THEM GET ON YOUR TAIL!) *Pops blood vessel.* lol.

Thanks for following up with those other games, things would get really out of control otherwise. Anyway, here's my Bomberman Profile:

Character name: Bomberman
Character Gender and Species: Male, android-turned-human
Originating Game: Bomberman (1983)
5 words to describe personality: Cheerful, energetic, adventurous, brave, proud
Battle Skills and Weaponry: Proficient with using and creating various explosives, also expert pilot of various futuristic spacecraft and machinery
Pokemon or other partner (examples include: Navi for Link, pikmin for Olimar, Toad for Peach): Miniature automaton-bombs (if used, they follow a designated target and explode when they reach it)
Brief History: Bomberman started out as an android working in a factory making explosives along with many others like himself. Sentient although lacking in freedom, Bomberman longed for more than the drudgery of the factory floor and heard a rumor about what was being done with the bombs he was making, as well as what leaving the factory did to androids. Taking the chance, he fled his workplace prison and found himself transformed into a human version of himself, with the ability to generate explosives into reality with a thought. Learning of his work in the factory being used for evil, he turned against those who created him and stopped the misuse of his explosive creations, joining others with like minds to form a peacekeeping society. Since then, Bomberman has traveled all over the world, and even visited other galaxies to enforce peace and harmony.
Considering a permanent retirement from Elliquiy, but you can find me on Blue Moon (under the same username).

Welcome, Mathim. I've added Bomberman as your character. Can't wait for you to join us. You can still use this thread for OOC, questions, and adding more characters later on if you like. x3

Hi there, glad to know your playing link then! I was considering it. But, was waiting for wthor or not you still wanted to. Now I am debating between Mario, or Ryu from ninja Guidan. By the way. I am a bit curios. How will you play him? He is a complete open book, so I would love to and cant wait to see what the Hero of Time is like. ^^

oh hey, a link!  awesome ^^ starting to turn into a more fleshed out group of people.  looking forward to seeing you join in!

I'm admittedly toying with the idea of bringing in a third character eventually, admittedly....I'm thinking of someone from either Fire Emblem or Golden Sun, if I go with it.  Just want Zero and Sheena more suituated before I give it serious thought XD

Edit:  When I think about it....a Castlevania character is also a likely possibility.

apygoos

yes Link will be alot of fun to play. the only thing I know for sure about him is while he stands as an embodiment of courage, hes a bit timitd around women. The Boy without a fairy kinda had a messed up childhood, never getting a proper crush or anything of the like. you can try to argue there is Zelda and Malon, and then the hot piece of zora ass that wants him. but ultimately, he enver learned..smiply how to react to or view these interactions.

SpiralSpider

I think I'm going to back out of this one. I haven't been able to come up with a decent character concept so far.

You guys have fun with it.
~ My Ons/Offs, Characters and general RP info ~ Where am I?

"If you get hurt, hurt them back. If they kill you... walk it off."

SammyGirl

I like the concepts I'm hearing for link so far. However apygoos decides to play him will be fun, I'm sure.

May I input my thoughts on the matter?
I always pictured Link as extremely courageous and quick in battle, and also very intelligent because of all the battle plans he comes up with on the fly and the puzzles he has to solve.
However, on the flipside I always imagined him as socially awkward and naiive, almost childlike when it comes to dealing with other people, because of his past and because most of his life is spent adventuring and battling rather than interacting with neighbors and friends and women.

Divine Tenacity

I think I'm going to drop out of this one. I actually have taken on way too many RP's recently and I do not want to get burned out.

Next time, all!

....actually.  I just got a better idea for a third character  >:) *insert evil laughter here*

Mathim

My first reply will have to wait for tomorrow, but I'm glad my profile was accepted. Looking forward to seeing how this all works.

Garuss Vakarian

To Spiral and Midori. You will surely be missed! Your both rather good role players. Hopefully in the near future, or next time we do something like this. You girls can jump back onto the bandwaggon. ^^ Until then, have fun!

EdwardShane

All right...got a really interesting idea for a third character.  This oughta be fun  >:)
Also, this will probably be the last one I create.

Character name: Sarah Kerrigan (AKA Queen of Blades)
Character Gender and Species: Female Hybrid (Primal Zerg/Terran)
Originating Game: Starcraft (Starcraft was released for the N64 in 2000)
5 words to describe personality: Haunted, aggressive, vindictive, arrogant, sarcastic
Battle Skills and Weaponry: Extendable claws, a pair of 'wings,' and powerful psionic capabilities.  Tends to be fairly quick in combat, and her primary defenses are a hardened exoskeleton coupled with regenerative capabilities.
Pokemon or other partner: Dehaka, a Primal Zerg pack leader who is acting as her escort at this time.  While she has full control of the entirety of her swarm, it's highly unlikely that she will make full use of it.  She may, however, be seen accompanied by various zerg every now and again.
Brief History: (super abbreviated version) Kerrigan was once human, though was infested as part of the Zerg Overmind's plan after being captured by the swarm.  She eventually became the sole controller of the swarm, and wreaked havoc among the galaxy.  This came to an end when a man named Jim Raynor used an artifact left behind by an alien race known as the Xel'Naga to not only wipe out a large number of Kerrigan's forces, but also eliminate the traces of zerg infestation within her.  This resulted in her being reverted back to being human, and also weakening her.  After recovering and undergoing several tests, the space station where Kerrigan was staying at fell under attack by terrans led by Acturus Mengsk, who had committed multiple wrongs against her by this point.  She managed to escape, and sought to increase her power to get revenge against him.  She did this by allowing herself to become infested by primal zerg energies, zerg that did not rely on the psionic connections of the swarm, but rather by self-evolution.  After successfully being infested once more and building her forces, Kerrigan launched an attack against Mengsk, which was successful and ended in his death...though she knew she would soon have to face a greater threat, and one that threatened all life in the galaxy.  The Primal Queen of Blades knew she needed to become even stronger by honing her skills further, helping her swarm grow in strength, and possibly finding new allies.  In her search for all these things, however, her psychic powers managed to detect something....interesting.  An anomoly of some sort....her investigations would lead her straight to Minerva, for it was the Porta Omnia itself that she had sensed.

Garuss Vakarian

You just blew my mind. The sexy xeno herself? Mmmhmm. Thats awesome. I dont mind it being your last, it is a good choice.

EdwardShane

lol, thanks! XD I was trying to decide on who I wanted as my last character, and it just started a thought process....then I remembered starcraft 64 and practically yelled "OMG" before laughing maniacally.

Green Goo Theory

Wait...it's not just nintendo made games but games on a nintendo system...?

Here I am stuck trying to go through nintendo titles scratching my head when I was unintentionally limiting myself waayyy too much.

That said had I know Kerrigan would've been an awesome choice...
Coming soon...

EdwardShane

Yeah, lol...I just hope I play her correctly.  Haven't played SC 2, but did research into things concerning it and will work off of that to the best of my ability.

Still, it opens up a LOT of things to you now.  I think my only character that's (maybe?) nintendo based is Zero.  Or at the very least he has the most ties of them between himself, Sheena, and Kerrigan.

SammyGirl

Haha, Kerrigan and shadow might team up eventually. That would be hilarious. I like your submission, So she's been accepted.
