Best Predator Scene Ever

Okay, so we were discussing AvP in the Shoutbox, and I mentioned that the Predator game, Concrete Jungle, had a very memorable scene in it, that was easily as good as any of the stand out moments in the two Predator films.

Sadly, I can't find a video of the specific scene... and it actually is two scenes, so they would need to be clipped and cut together into one. But I did find a good quality walkthrough of the level where this takes place, and will post it here :)

If you can't be bothered to see all of it, remember that both scenes happen as cinematic's, and do not take place in game, so it should be pretty easy to skip ahead past gameplay. The 'punchline' is at the very end.
