How to reply?

My question is:
during my approval process if I am to answer a question, How do I make sure I post my answer in the correct area?

What I have been doing is "quote" then I write my resonse to the question. Then my answer appears under my posts. Is this the correct procedure???  Apollo.....

You can answer a question however you want to. :-) You can choose not to quote, you can quote above and answer below, you can quote below and answer above, you can paraphrase...

It's really up to you. There's no 'correct' or 'incorrect' procedure for answer questions in introduction threads.

That works as well as anything, and I've seen it used a lot.  As an alternative, (just as often used, and just as acceptable) some people put the @ sign followed by the asker's name, and then the answer to the question.

Really, as long as your answer is a reply to your introduction thread, it's all good.
