Hello everyone!

I was just thinking about RPing the following scenario:
There is this Institute somewhere at a secret location. Scientists, madmen or simply rich sadistic bastards can pay a small fortune to be allowed to "work" here.
Their material and the reason why working in the Institute is so expensive are human beings. They can fill out a form and request  test subjects, that are to their liking. It usually takes a about a week, and a fitting subject will be delivered to their lab for further experimentation by men wearing suits and driving nondescript vans.

Players will take on either the roles of Scientists or their victims.
This will of course fall into the Extreme category, since there probably will be torture, rape and all sorts of other kinky stuff happening.

Would anyone be interested in playing something like that?

The Institute is basically just a place where rich people could live out their most perveted kinks. And where governments and pharma- and tech-corporations can test all sorts of drugs and gear on human beings.

Of course the governments and the corporations cant be connected to the Institute, so its primarily funded by the fees the rich, depraved people are paying to "work" there.

It has labs, that are outfitted like their owner wants them to be. In the upper levels are clean and sterile high-tech labs, while the lower basement levels are more dungeon-like and resemble Frankensteins lab in a way.

If a scientist requests a new test subject, he has access to a large government database, where he picks a subject to his liking. Specialists then see to it, that the subject will be brought in and delivered to his lab. The use of drugs and/or force is necessary in most cases.

Experiment range from scientific projects to find new drugs for all sorts of purposes, to simple personal and perverted experiments like interspecies cross-breeding, bodymodification, torture and others.

Id be glad to work out more specifics with you, if youd like.

I dont know how mayn players we´ll have and if we have more test subjects than scientists or the othe way around...

Anyway... I guess a scientist could have more than one subject, if he likes, or if there arent enough of them, a test subject could be shared by some scientists, which would be pretty tough, I guess.

What kind of rooms would we need in the Institute? Of course a number of labs for various purposes. Some kind of holding cells or cages for the subjects. Some kind of shower or cleaning-room. Private rooms for the scientists. Some sort of kitchen and dining room for the scientists. Maybe some sort of auditorium to present the experiments results to the others.
What did I forget?

I'd definitely want multiple victims/test subjects if I play a scientist, but that'd only be if we're tilted too heavily towards victim players. Multiple scientists per victim only really works if they're on the same projects I think, but I doubt we'll have that problem.

There could be central holding cells, but I'd think at least some of the labs and dungeons would have their own for privacy, if only to reduce research theft. Some sort of gym/exercise facilities. What would the Institute's policy towards conflict between clients be?

Beyond that - I'm interested in seeing some specific scientists characters and what sort of projects and subjects they're looking for to see if there's a good match.

Yes, I guess, there will probably be more victim players than scientists, so multiple test subjects per scientist will hopefully be possible.

Yes, there will be labs outfitted with small holding cells or cages for privacy, but there will need to be some sort of kennel too, where the test subjects are put for reasons of safety and quarantine until they are brought to their destined labs.
Excercise facilities and a gym are fine.
Conflicts between clients? Like research theft? I think every lab conducting research that would be worth stolen, is outfitted with enough security measures to allow only access to those with clearance.
There is probably some sort of security team, stepping in if the subjects start to become aggressive. Those security guards will try to solve any conflict between clients that could arise. If a conflict just cant be settled, there is probably some sort of bidding-duel being held and the one who cant pay enough will get kicked out of the Institute.

Id be very interested to see, what the scientist´s projects would be too.

Research theft, rivalries, sabotage, or just personality conflict - but these are people experimenting on involuntary human subjects, the loser could easily end up the next subject if security doesn't step in. Would security be absolute protection from each other or can they be bought off? Just to get a sense of how the Institute does business.

Well security in the Instituete is absolutely strict in order to protect it from being discovered by the public.
Everyone working there knows, that they wont simply get out again. If a scientist wishes to quit, he get brainwashed and sent out. If a scientist has to quit involuntarily, he is indeed either made the next test-subject for another scientist, should there be on who want him, or he just vanishes never t be seen again.

Security is corrupt to the bone and that is actually part of the Institutes business model.
If you want someone out of the picture, you can just head to the chief of security and make an offer. With that offer, he will go to your enemy and ask him, if he is willing to pay more. If thats the case, youre in trouble. If not, he is.

In my case I'd like to play a victim, and I wouldn't mind my character being the subject or victim of more than one scientist at a time, or by "turns".

I imagine they would pair off with different players. For example I may be your scientist but you are the scientist for Vorian.

This along with body modification and breeding (as a female victim) are more what I'd be looking for for this as the primary draw. We could probably work something out.

Id like to get this game going since many people expressed their interest in it, but Id have to ask for your help here, since I have no good solution for teaming the scientists up with their test-subjects, so they´re both happy with it.
LuciferOs suggested to just play it out by having the scientists putting out some sort of pamphlet out their experiments and then the subjects would apply to that.

i think you can have it all in one thread - it would be interesting reading seeing what happens to others anyway.

I like the idea that the subjects can socialise / have sex etc in between sessions - perhaps they all live in one town or suburb that is under control of someone evil and they are not allowed to leave and have to participate
to make money or under threat of their families or something being killed ...

perhaps a "village of the damned" or something, remote area, beautiful, with a dark secret.
