It's 10 PM and tonight is your very first night at the Saint Mary Auxiliary Long Term Facility, a wing of the local hospital that takes care of elder patients needing long term support. As a brand new nurse just out of school, getting a night shift was to be expected. This is your first shift, the graveyard shift, and you will have to do all of the basic and most demeaning tasks required in a place like this. Everything you learned in nursing school is still a jumble in your mind, but you have a small idea what to expect. When you walk in the building however, nothing could prepare you for the hell you're about to experience.

As you enter the office, you see only one other person, Head Nurse Amelia, who will be your supervisor and your only colleague during these long nights. She's slightly older than you and the moment you see her, alarm bells start ringing in your head. Standing there with her blouse fully open, you can see her massive rack barely hidden behind that tiny bra, and her piercing eyes burn into your skull like a predator scrutinizing a new prey. Something tells you that you've just made a giant mistake. But, you really want to become a nurse, so you have no choice but to succeed at this shift, and that means doing everything Amelia tells you to do.

Unfortunately for you, Amelia is a sadist and extreme pervert. You just happened to be the perfect prey for her. During your work shift, she will degrade you, humiliate you and force you to do more and more degrading things involving watersports, sex and everything in between. She is your senior, and her word is law.

Basically the idea would be that Amelia would make your character do all sorts of disgusting acts during her shift. If your girl is taking care of a patient and the patient seems to be about to vomit, she would prevent your character from getting a towel, instead forcing her to be vomited on her nurse uniform. If someone pees on the floor, she would be forced to clean it with her bare hands. As her uniform gets more disgusted, she would order Tabby to remove one piece after the next, getting more and more naked while doing her duties, until she's forced to care for the patients while completely exposed, meaning her bare skin would become spoiled with blood, pee, vomit, scat and so on. Working in such disgusting conditions may also make your own character vomit in disgust, but Amelia wouldn't allow her to get any break. She would also be prevented from going to the bathroom so if she had to pee or poop, she would would add to the grossness.

On top of that, the elder patients would also start taking liberties on the increasingly naked nurse, and so would Amelia, fondling your character's breasts in full view as she works, caressing her, forcing her to climax as she's cleaning some patients and making her do more and more extreme acts.
