THE PLOT CONCEPT:

Set Exactly Six months after the "Secret Invasion" crossover event, where the Skrulls invaded Earth and the Marvel heroes were forced to fight for the entire planet. Heroes such as Janet Van Dyne aka the Wasp gave her life to save her friends. The outcome of the Invasion was the President of the United states granting former Green Goblin Norman Osbourne complete security control in dealing with superhumans. The registration act is still very much in effect and with SHEILD now defunct, Normans replacement H.A.M.M.E.R is hunting down unregistered heroes. With Steve Rogers aka Captain America still *Lost In time*, Thor presumed dead along with the rest of Asgrad and Tony Stark beaten and disgraced only a handful of heroes are left. Nick Fury himself is in hiding and plotting his takedown of Osbourne. Luke Cage has pulled together a team of *Secret* Avengers in new York City who refuse to go quietly into the night. The Fantastic Four been registered are not been hunted and the X-men no longer reside in New York City with the exception of Wolverine and now are resident's of Utopia Island in San Francisco. Note This group will focus on this all new Marvel verse and see some lessor known heroes take the spotlight for a well deserved change. X-men characters are allowed but they need a legitimate reason for been in New York given the risk of been arrested by H.A.M.M.E.R
