If you want something like that you’ll have to make a really lengthy backstory that makes sense for the character, and can be something that I approve. When someone who has the power dies, it goes to someone random. If someone inherits the power from another, it go only go one way, as in it can’t be passed down from generation to generation, as that could lead to power struggles and fighting regarding the power and who exactly gets to keep it for themselves for certain gain.

I’m still working out the kinks to this game idea, and I’m still not entirely sure I want only females to have the powers or not. Feel free to begin thinking of ideas, but don’t get concrete ideas and sticking to them, as my vision for this could possibly change your ideas you may be dead set on.

An update for everyone interested! Before I create a character sheet for everyone to create characters, I want to take this time to create a world building thread so that’s how the world established is less confusing, and others will not have too many questions that will lead to more questions haha.

So, I will be creating a short recap of what’s been going in in the world, what it is like, the magic that can be used, and all that fun stuff! Please be patient as I will be working on it over the course of the few days. :)

Hello everyone! I would like to announce that I got my world building done, and it’s actually going to be in the first post of this recruitment thread! I worked hard on it, but if I’ve missed anything, or if you have more questions, please feel free to ask me!

I’ll be creating my own character when I have spare time today helpfully, so feel free to get creative with what kind of character you would like in this world! I’m hoping to have a good amount of male and female characters, but everyone’s tastes are different, so please dont be obligated to do something because I, or others, may ask! Have fun and get writing! :D

I plan for this game to be an overarching story, something that will have a plot that progresses as time goes on; it’ll have tense moments, battles, fun missions, and even sides of romance and smut along the way too! If anyone has ideas for plots for the future, please PM so that we may discuss.

Name: Greta Caelum

Age: 18

Gender: Female

Race (Human, Halfling, Orc, Fairy, etc.): Human

Appearance (Anime pictures preferred, or detailed description): Greta is a young woman with freckled, cream colored skin, standing at around 5'4, and weighing about 125 pounds. Her mid length autumn brown hair always seems to be tied in two matching braids, a style she grew up with while living in her village, the color contrasting with her forest green eyes. Greta has shown to have a light hearted and jovial personality, truly shining in her smiles, usually sporting one wherever she goes. Her clothes are free flowing and comfortable, matching her laidback and inviting personality.

Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual

Personality (Please be descriptive): Greta is a curious, and adventurous, young woman, one that wants to know of the world around her, and see what life has to give. Taking things in strides, she tries to look for the positives when things don’t seem to work out, but even bad moments and annoyances can still get to her. Despite this, she never wishes to burden others, and because of this, she tries her best to stay positive, at times, putting others’ happiness before her own. Loyal and dedicated, these skills come on and off the battlefield, with Greta actively participating in expeditions with other Gem holders to help their faction grow to help bring peace.

Weapon/Magic (What weapon do you wield? Can you cast magic?): Magic that stems from her Jewel

Background (What has lead you to where you are today?): For as long as Greta remembered, she lived within the village of Montreux, a small village known for their exports of wood and plants herbs for healing medicines. Located far off the outskirts of Lesullam, Greta had grown up with her mother and father, both farmers, living off the land and tending to their crops each harvest season. With each passing day, Greta basked in the happiness that she received from the village she surrounded herself in, always finding something that she could look forward to, such as homemade apple pie from her mother, or getting the time after chores to visit her friend Adam, who lived but a few houses down. Every day was a new chance for more, and Greta soon found herself even more connected with the land, finding a new friend in a Wyspmoorian by the name of Serafina, who she helped save while she was exploring the forests near The Wilds for berries and herbs.

However, Great couldn’t help but be curious about the city life of the Kingdom; what were their lives like, what kind of food did they eat, was it better then home cooked meals? Her mind began to wander every so often as she did her chores, with her dreams even beginning to show what she thought were vivid images of the Castle inside; even she was surprised with her own mind with how detailed and specific some places were. It was but a few years later, that Greta began to take trips every so often to the Kingdom’s inner city for supplies and better in gradients for food, wanting to splurge in things such as spices that were hard to come by, or even things such as small trinkets and jewelry that she could never find back in her hometown. She had always felt something, like her home was her home, yet...not. She felt connected with her family, with those around her, with everyone she met in the village, but the Kingdom always kept calling, like an insistent memory, teasing you for not fully remembering. As Greta grew, her childish worries began to morph into responsibilities, and choices that she wish she didn’t have to make.

Her friendship with Serafina began to break after the two had an argument, the crux of it being one of the most amazing discoveries, in that her friend was now a holder of a Jewel. While it was amazing to have such an honor, in Greta’s eyes, Serafina thought differently, and their friendship was strained from that moment on. Separated after her friend was taken to the kingdom, Greta found herself still stuck where she was, still wondering, still wishing.

Her life up until this point had been nothing but happiness and the same routine, but it changed when she discovered a hidden document, ruffled within a pile of other parchments within her house. With the royal seal of the Caelum family etched into the paper, Greta couldn’t help her curiosity, and read...only to discover a confusing truth; she was...apart of the royal family? There must have been some mistake, she thought to herself, re-reading the same letter, over and over...

But it was there, written in ink.

The talk with her parents, or rather, The Royal Family’s most renowned and trustworthy guards, had no choice but to tell the secret, for the now realized that Greta was now a young woman, and with no threats heard of for years, they found that it was finally time for the youngest of the Caelum sisters to return to her home. To the shock and surprise of the rest of the villagers, they supported and only wished the best for Greta, knowing not of her heritage, but of her caring demeanor and dedication to others.

She’s only been at the Castle for a year, and her tasks from farm chores have switched to that of helping around the castle library and gardens. Much to the chastising and insistence of the castle servants, Greta finds herself even more mesmerized and curious about her new life; or rather, what her old one used to be...

Alignment (Do you work alongside Lesullum’s Order of Jewels? An Independent group?): Order of Jewels

Sexual Preferences: Greta hasn’t had much experience in the sexual aspects of relationships. Much a young woman with curiosity when it comes to love and finding someone to be with, she’s unsure but hopeful. Despite not having much experiance in romance, both romantically and sexually, her curiosity gets the better of her, and she can’t help but gossip and awe at the audacious revelations that come from adult romance with her other girl friends. If one was to show her a world of allure and lust, well, Greta wouldn’t oppose exploring those options were they to be presented to her...

Likes: Greta enjoys the simple things in life, having lived and grown up within a small rural village. Things such as fresh baked goods and flowers are some of her favorite things, but even the things that people don’t think to adress, such as the smell of fresh rain, the feeling of laying in a field of flowers. Though, Greta can’t help but be curious about what lies beyond her small home, such as the Kingdom of Lesallum, and the Order of the Jewels. Daydreaming of something more then herself is what causes her to space out, but it’s one of her favorite pastimes.

Dislikes: One thing Greta can’t stand is the idea of being kept in the dark. As her parents did to her during her childhood about who they were, and their connection with the royal family, Greta had always know she felt different, and was conflicted when she found out. Not knowing the reasons, being confused, and unknowing of the future, Greta tries her hardest to be open with her friends and those close to her, though there are personal things she keeps to herself, unsure of how to ask for help. Another dislike of hers would have to be individuals that think themselves higher then others. Even though there are those in the world with magic or powers that far surpass normal people (i.e. Gem holders), Greta doesn’t flaunt her power to undermine others; rather, the opposite, to help. Seeing others boast about their wealth or status sours her mood, especially having lived in a farming village for most of her life, knowing the hardships others have been through.

Potential plots involving your character? What would you like to see your character do, be involved in?:

-Blind Trust: I would love to have an individual manipulate or trick Greta to either do things for said individual, or using their relationship for secrets and information regarding the kingdom of Lesallum. Much like a certain animated movie, the plot idea of using someone’s emotions to manipulate and gain an advantage has always been one of my favorites, mostly because you can do so much with it, not just in a romantic setting!

-The Ways of Royalty: Being apart of the Royal Family is hard, but even more so, not remembering and suddenly being thrust into it is even harder, especially with all the etiquette and dance lessons you have to go through! I would love to have someone help Greta get used to the lifestyle of the Royal individuals, especially with helping her learn to dance and use the proper etiquette for social settings! Awkward talking and stepping on toes, always a fun time~

-A Fair Maiden’s Heart: A beautiful stranger; tall and fair. That unfamiliar pounding of the heart, that fluttering feeling that doesn’t seem to go away; is this...love? So unprepared and yet so eager to know of romance, Greta is by no means knowledgeable in that aspect, but I would love to see what would happen if she found herself at the attention of a handsome suitor! This plot idea could tie into the Blind Trust idea, where it could lead to darker and evil ire intentions, but it’s all up to whoever decides it’s a try!

Strengths/Advantages (Please have at least three): One of Gretas strengths would have to be the power she has from her Emerald jewel, one that allows her to “hear the voices of the forests”. Not an outspoken language like humans, but more so by feelings and emotions that plants have, Greta is able to feel those very emotions that the forests and trees give out, keeping her connected with nature and benefit from their partnership. The second would be her infectious personality, one that seems to be inviting and warm to all that she meets; Greta has always loved meeting new people, and she’s had a knack for reading people and striking conversation. Finally, her third strength would have to be how she’s been able to see both sides of life in Lesallum; both village, and royal. Knowing the ups and downs, how people act, think, how life affects them and the hardships they go through, Greta is able to give insight and input into how both can harmonize, and work together.

Weaknesses/Disadvantages (Please have at least three): One of Greta’s weaknesses would have to be that her personality brings those that would like to use her naivety and curiosity for their own advantages. She’s by no means stupid, however, her wonder in the world, and the people that come and go, fascinate and interest her. She can’t help but ask them questions and get to know them better, and at times, it can be one of Greta’s downfalls by being used for more then pleasant ideals.

Another weakness would have to be her tether between both sides of life; royal, and village folk. Wanting to work together to help one another, at times she feels that she’s walking on a thin line, unable to chose where exactly she belongs, and where she doesn’t. She misses her simple life, yet craves to know more about her previous one, and at times, she doesn’t know where she truly belongs.

Finally, Greta is prone to being a rather emotional woman, one that tends to wear her heart in her sleeve, and wishes for a world that could work together to rid the world of evil, rather then fight and argue with one another. Things she disagrees with, times where things are kept from her, instances like this are what cause her to speak her mind, and unfortunately, her emotions can be used and manipulated by others for their own purposes, wether for political gain, corruption against the royal family of Lesallum, or even to take down Greta herself by means of mental manipulation and blind trust.

Here’s our first NPC, The Queen of Lesallum; Freyja Nox Caelum!





Name: Freyja Nox Caelum

Age: 27

Gender: Female

Race (Human, Halfling, Orc, Fairy, etc.): Human

Sexual Orientation: Bi-Sexual

Personality (Please be descriptive): Queen Freyja is a dutiful and responsible ruler, one that cares for the lives and happiness of her people. She does whatever she can to create peace within her own kingdom, and hopes to find more that can help others even outside of the borders. When in talks with others of royal heritage, or those of importance, she shows an air of respect and dual grace, knowing that relationships with other countries and Kingdoms is important. However, this doesn’t mean that she can’t let a breath a sigh of relief, and talk amongst commoners, and her Order of Jewels, in a more personal manner. She’s approachable to those that don’t deem her too important or too intimidating, and she only wishes for others to treat her normally, not wishing to use her power as Queen to unintentionally undermine others.

Background (What has lead you to where you are today?): Freyja Nox Caelum is born form a royal family spanning generations, one that has been known in infamy as the direct lineage to that of the first Jewel holder of time, Aranea herself. Despite being tied to her lineage, there has been a known absence in those who have been chosen by the Jewel’s gift, and as Freyja grew up, she knew that the chances of being chosen were slim to none. Despite this, she took a her lessons in dancing, history, and diplomatic seriously, knowing that even without a jewels power, she would become the next Queen, as her younger sister, Greta, would be behind her in line to the throne. Their family had been dutifully recording all history of the jewel holders after their beloved Aranea, the libraries full of documents and history of powers that have come and gone, and one of their tasks had been to protect any stray jewels that had not whisked themselves away to their owners. Freyja continued to work hard, and even had time in her busy schedule to be able to talk and play with her sister; despite being 9 years older, she still loved her sister so.

However, Freyja’s childhood would son turn to the worst, as when she was but 10 years old, an assassination attempt was put on her family, most notably her Father and Mother, the King and Queen. In the many centuries that people have tried to find the secrets of the jewels, to try and take them for themselves, their had been many dangers that had come and gone with Freyja’s family. However, one night, unfortunately, one succeeded in the killing of Freyja’s parents; despite the guards finding the perpetrator, the deed had already been done. The young girl only had time to grieve for but a day, before the next night, she found herself in the presence of the Emerald Jewel.

Now both a jewel weirder, one chosen within the family in nearly two decades, and now the youngest Queen in their families history, Freyja made a difficult decision at her young age. With the help Lesallum’s High Council, and the kingdoms most trustworthy servants and guards, Freyja ordered for those most trustworthy to take her sister away for safety, and to raise her far from the Kingdom, where none would be able to find her. It was in that day that Freyja had to grown up fast; saying goodbye to her young sister, and to begin her new life as Queen, with the help of the High Council.

Now, at the age of 27, Freyja has become a wise ruler, one that understands what is to be expected of her, and the consequences if she fails. Now at peace knowing that her sister is safe, and that young woman with jewels have begun stepping forward to the safe haven of Lesallum, she hopes that the visions of darkness she’s had are only but a plaguing nightmare...

Sexual Preferences: Freyja isn’t prone to being too shy when it comes to showing her interest in someone. More so by way of words or teasing quips, Freyja longs to find someone that she can be with for some time, rather then something merely for but a night. Being the Queen, she needs to show tact and grace, and unfortunately, she doesn’t have the time to be messing around with others that only would want her for her status or power. She’s been content so far with ruling alone, but she can’t help but be curious as to what a married life would be like.

Likes: Sweets, reading, quiet libraries where she can think to herself, flowers

Dislikes: Deceitful tactics from other countries or Kingdoms, being lied to, others not trusting her despite her good intentions

Alphys, the Water Spirit


Name: Alphys

Age: 21

Gender: Male

Race: Fairy (Water Spirit)

Appearance: A youthful male standing at a height of 5'4, he is far from anything resembling tall, among his species or even outside of it. Possesses exceptionally long, peach colored hair that is often braided or otherwise twisted into a ponytail, as well as soft, blue eyes. Combined with his effeminate features, he has come across more moments than he can count where others may mistake him for a female, and as a result he tries to be wary about what he wears to help convey the right message to avoid awkward moments. Nevertheless, he prides himself on being cute and would prefer to have it no other way, even if it causes him no end of grief from even his own species.

Sexual Orientation: Bi-Curious

Personality: Energetic, happy-go-lucky, friendly, playful, just a little bit mischevious, and a little bit more than that is he flirty. All of these and more apply to the young fairy's personality, but on their own cannot properly capture the truth. Unlike much of his race, Alphys has a softer disposition, and as a result is not properly suited for frontline combat. He is often made fun of due to his lack of size, lack of defined of muscle, and overall appearance of weakness, and has even been told by other males of his species that he looks like he belongs in a fishery than a battlefield. To this end, he has trained himself not in frontline combat, but the ways of magic to better attack from a distance and render aid to allies... However, he knows his prowess will never come to match that of a Jewel owner.

When it comes to everyday life, Alphys can often be found around bodies of water, blessing and purifying it for the sake of others. He has a proclivity for more domestic roles, such as cooking and cleaning, neither of which really help his image, but he does not hold the disparaging opinions of others in high regard so as to not dissuade him from his enjoyments. He also enjoys to dance very much, though has found himself embarass ed by trying to do this in public, and so it remains a hobby he only entertains in secret.

Weapon/Magic: A pair of war fans, often used while he is dancing, but possess sharp enough edges to deal painful cutting attacks if needed. However, his greater focus lies in spellcasting, spoken from glyphs traced along the flat of the fans as well as the spine-like plates. Much of the time the plates face Alphys eyes so as to make it difficult for others to tell what will happen until it's too late. His magic concentrates on the generation, manipulation and guidance of water for various duties both out of combat and within... More often than not he uses this for non-combat, such as watering plants, washing dishes, cooling others on a hot day, and more. However, due to the lack of possession of a jewel, overuse of these abilities can leave him exhausted, with the more potent abilities causing this much sooner.

Background: Alphys is a young Water Spirit, simply named creatures that fall into the Fairy classification that live beneath lakes and oceans. From birth, he was dealt the short stick, as he inherited more of his mother's genetics than his fathers, and as a result came out looking much softer and weak than the other males of his species. Growing up was a challenge for him, often made fun of or brushed aside by thenither, more mischevious or otherwise stronger Water Spirits. Despite this, he retained a happy disposition and went through life to the best of his ability, eventually growing into a fine, young man.

However, the teasing and bullying never ended, only grew as he wished to do more for his people than he was allowed. Attempts to join his brethren when they went out hunting were swiftly shot down, instead proclaiming he could stay home to prepare the food they would bring back. Fueled by their remarks, he instead trained himself in ways they could not train themselves, and instead turned his focus to magic which, despite it being used more by females (especially Jewelbearers), he managed to take to its use rather well and seemed to earn some measure of respect among his fellow man.

Or so he thinks.

Recently others have come up to him with the revelation that the Jewel of the Flow, otherwise the Aquamarine Gemstone, had been stolen, and that he was tasked to bring it back. Touted as an extremely important task that only someone like him could accomplish due to his magical training, he was asked to locate the Jewel first before he would be allowed to return home... Only then could he finally be seen as one of them. With determination in his eyes, he sets out for his long journey... Unbeknownst that it was all a ruse to get him out of their home once and for all. It would probably be years before he realized the stone was never stolen... If he could even figure that out. So what, then, awaits the young Water Spirit on this adventure? Only time will tell.

Recently he has been sighted near Uruk, under the belief the desert-locked kingdom to be one of the most likely candidates to use the Jewel of the Flow's power to bring greater degrees of water to the region.

Alignment: The Order of Jewels (At present is Independent,  working near Uruk to maintain the surrounding Oasis in the region)

Sexual Preferences: Alphys has few preferences really, and only mild experience, at least enough to know he does not mind things going either way. He is, however, more for the romantic side of things in the grand scheme, and while a one night stand is great, does not have the same sense of fulfillment as a long-lasting relationship. However, he has not gone to search for one due to not being the 'ideal male' of his species (taller, more chiseled, giving rather than taking, and the like). For now, due to his nission, he can only flirt lightly without intending for it to go anywhere (now, if others feel differently, that's another story...)

Likes: Alphys has many likes, almost too many to name here. His greatest likes, however, are cooking, cleanliness, being well-dressed, bathing, dancing, making cute guys and girls blush, exploration of the world beyond his home...

Dislikes: As there are a fair number of likes, he also has some dislikes. Poorly-prepared food, general uncleanliness (not to be confused with dirtiness caused by Sexual activity, that gets a pass), remaining idle for too long, generally unfun people, and especially when people mess with his hair. He prefers his long, luscious locks to stay long and luscious.

ONs and Offs: I'm okay with many things as long as I'm asked in advance.
But as far as offs go, scat, watersports, snuff/gore, vore, stuff like that are very much hard 'No's' for me.

Strengths/Advantages:
- Adept at Spellcasting - While not very physically inclined, his mental acuity is a great deal higher than that of his fellow species. Very proficient at slinging spells from afar or while weaving and dancing amidst foes. These serve as his primary means of offense and Allied support, with a range of damaging and otherwise supportive spells all involving the use of water, natural or invoked.
- Nimble Movements - With a slender body and lithe frame, Alphys trades raw power for graceful dexterity, able to quickly react and dance between hectic and chaotic engagements to reposition himself in more favorable placements.
- Size Adjustment - He may be a Water Spirit, but being considered as part of the classification of Fairies brings with it unique aspects. Among these is the ability to adjust his height... While he'll probably never grow much taller than his present height, he can shrink to become much smaller. This ability allows him to quietly avoid the detection of many larger foes, should he wish to avoid direct combat.

Weaknesses/Disadvantages:
Poor Resilience - As one can expect, being that slim and quick comes with drawbacks beyond a lack of raw stopping power. Due to his lithe frame, he cannot take as much damage as a physically-inclined person can, and perhaps even Jewelbearers possess better resilience than him.

Race: Fairy (Water Spirit)

Appearance: A youthful male standing at a height of 5'4, he is far from anything resembling tall, among his species or even outside of it. Possesses exceptionally long, peach colored hair that is often braided or otherwise twisted into a ponytail, as well as soft, blue eyes. Combined with his effeminate features, he has come across more moments than he can count where others may mistake him for a female, and as a result he tries to be wary about what he wears to help convey the right message to avoid awkward moments. Nevertheless, he prides himself on being cute and would prefer to have it no other way, even if it causes him no end of grief from even his own species.

Sexual Orientation: Bi-Curious

Personality: Energetic, happy-go-lucky, friendly, playful, just a little bit mischevious, and a little bit more than that is he flirty. All of these and more apply to the young fairy's personality, but on their own cannot properly capture the truth. Unlike much of his race, Alphys has a softer disposition, and as a result is not properly suited for frontline combat. He is often made fun of due to his lack of size, lack of defined of muscle, and overall appearance of weakness, and has even been told by other males of his species that he looks like he belongs in a fishery than a battlefield. To this end, he has trained himself not in frontline combat, but the ways of magic to better attack from a distance and render aid to allies... However, he knows his prowess will never come to match that of a Jewel owner.

When it comes to everyday life, Alphys can often be found around bodies of water, blessing and purifying it for the sake of others. He has a proclivity for more domestic roles, such as cooking and cleaning, neither of which really help his image, but he does not hold the disparaging opinions of others in high regard so as to not dissuade him from his enjoyments. He also enjoys to dance very much, though has found himself embarass ed by trying to do this in public, and so it remains a hobby he only entertains in secret.

Weapon/Magic: A pair of war fans, often used while he is dancing, but possess sharp enough edges to deal painful cutting attacks if needed. However, his greater focus lies in spellcasting, spoken from glyphs traced along the flat of the fans as well as the spine-like plates. Much of the time the plates face Alphys eyes so as to make it difficult for others to tell what will happen until it's too late. His magic concentrates on the generation, manipulation and guidance of water for various duties both out of combat and within... More often than not he uses this for non-combat, such as watering plants, washing dishes, cooling others on a hot day, and more. However, due to the lack of possession of a jewel, overuse of these abilities can leave him exhausted, with the more potent abilities causing this much sooner.

Background: Alphys is a young Water Spirit, simply named creatures that fall into the Fairy classification that live beneath lakes and oceans. From birth, he was dealt the short stick, as he inherited more of his mother's genetics than his fathers, and as a result came out looking much softer and weak than the other males of his species. Growing up was a challenge for him, often made fun of or brushed aside by thenither, more mischevious or otherwise stronger Water Spirits. Despite this, he retained a happy disposition and went through life to the best of his ability, eventually growing into a fine, young man.

However, the teasing and bullying never ended, only grew as he wished to do more for his people than he was allowed. Attempts to join his brethren when they went out hunting were swiftly shot down, instead proclaiming he could stay home to prepare the food they would bring back. Fueled by their remarks, he instead trained himself in ways they could not train themselves, and instead turned his focus to magic which, despite it being used more by females (especially Jewelbearers), he managed to take to its use rather well and seemed to earn some measure of respect among his fellow man.

Or so he thinks.

Recently others have come up to him with the revelation that the Jewel of the Flow, otherwise the Aquamarine Gemstone, had been stolen, and that he was tasked to bring it back. Touted as an extremely important task that only someone like him could accomplish due to his magical training, he was asked to locate the Jewel first before he would be allowed to return home... Only then could he finally be seen as one of them. With determination in his eyes, he sets out for his long journey... Unbeknownst that it was all a ruse to get him out of their home once and for all. It would probably be years before he realized the stone was never stolen... If he could even figure that out. So what, then, awaits the young Water Spirit on this adventure? Only time will tell.

Recently he has been sighted near Uruk, under the belief the desert-locked kingdom to be one of the most likely candidates to use the Jewel of the Flow's power to bring greater degrees of water to the region.

Alignment: The Order of Jewels (At present is Independent,  working near Uruk to maintain the surrounding Oasis in the region)

Sexual Preferences: Alphys has few preferences really, and only mild experience, at least enough to know he does not mind things going either way. He is, however, more for the romantic side of things in the grand scheme, and while a one night stand is great, does not have the same sense of fulfillment as a long-lasting relationship. However, he has not gone to search for one due to not being the 'ideal male' of his species (taller, more chiseled, giving rather than taking, and the like). For now, due to his nission, he can only flirt lightly without intending for it to go anywhere (now, if others feel differently, that's another story...)

Likes: Alphys has many likes, almost too many to name here. His greatest likes, however, are cooking, cleanliness, being well-dressed, bathing, dancing, making cute guys and girls blush, exploration of the world beyond his home...

Dislikes: As there are a fair number of likes, he also has some dislikes. Poorly-prepared food, general uncleanliness (not to be confused with dirtiness caused by Sexual activity, that gets a pass), remaining idle for too long, generally unfun people, and especially when people mess with his hair. He prefers his long, luscious locks to stay long and luscious.

ONs and Offs: I'm okay with many things as long as I'm asked in advance.
But as far as offs go, scat, watersports, snuff/gore, vore, stuff like that are very much hard 'No's' for me.

Strengths/Advantages:
- Adept at Spellcasting - While not very physically inclined, his mental acuity is a great deal higher than that of his fellow species. Very proficient at slinging spells from afar or while weaving and dancing amidst foes. These serve as his primary means of offense and Allied support, with a range of damaging and otherwise supportive spells all involving the use of water, natural or invoked.
- Nimble Movements - With a slender body and lithe frame, Alphys trades raw power for graceful dexterity, able to quickly react and dance between hectic and chaotic engagements to reposition himself in more favorable placements.
- Size Adjustment - He may be a Water Spirit, but being considered as part of the classification of Fairies brings with it unique aspects. Among these is the ability to adjust his height... While he'll probably never grow much taller than his present height, he can shrink to become much smaller. This ability allows him to quietly avoid the detection of many larger foes, should he wish to avoid direct combat.

Poor Resilience - As one can expect, being that slim and quick comes with drawbacks beyond a lack of raw stopping power. Due to his lithe frame, he cannot take as much damage as a physically-inclined person can, and perhaps even Jewelbearers possess better resilience than him.

Appearance (Anime pictures preferred, or detailed description): Greta is a young woman with freckled, cream colored skin, standing at around 5'4, and weighing about 125 pounds. Her mid length autumn brown hair always seems to be tied in two matching braids, a style she grew up with while living in her village, the color contrasting with her forest green eyes. Greta has shown to have a light hearted and jovial personality, truly shining in her smiles, usually sporting one wherever she goes. Her clothes are free flowing and comfortable, matching her laidback and inviting personality.

Sexual Orientation: Bi-Curious (Leaning towards Males)

Personality (Please be descriptive): Greta is a curious, and adventurous, young woman, one that wants to know of the world around her, and see what life has to give. Taking things in strides, she tries to look for the positives when things don’t seem to work out, but even bad moments and annoyances can still get to her. Despite this, she never wishes to burden others, and because of this, she tries her best to stay positive, at times, putting others’ happiness before her own. Loyal and dedicated, these skills come on and off the battlefield, with Greta actively participating in expeditions with other Gem holders to help their faction grow to help bring peace.

Background (What has lead you to where you are today?): For as long as Greta remembered, she lived within the village of Montreux, a small village known for their exports of wood and plants herbs for healing medicines. Located far off the outskirts of Lesullam, Greta had grown up with her mother and father, both farmers, living off the land and tending to their crops each harvest season. With each passing day, Greta basked in the happiness that she received from the village she surrounded herself in, always finding something that she could look forward to, such as homemade apple pie from her mother, or getting the time after chores to visit her friend Adam, who lived but a few houses down. Every day was a new chance for more, and Greta soon found herself even more connected with the land, finding a new friend in a Wyspmoorian by the name of Serafina, who she helped save while she was exploring the forests near The Wilds for berries and herbs.

However, Great couldn’t help but be curious about the city life of the Kingdom; what were their lives like, what kind of food did they eat, was it better then home cooked meals? Her mind began to wander every so often as she did her chores, with her dreams even beginning to show what she thought were vivid images of the Castle inside; even she was surprised with her own mind with how detailed and specific some places were. It was but a few years later, that Greta began to take trips every so often to the Kingdom’s inner city for supplies and better in gradients for food, wanting to splurge in things such as spices that were hard to come by, or even things such as small trinkets and jewelry that she could never find back in her hometown. She had always felt something, like her home was her home, yet...not. She felt connected with her family, with those around her, with everyone she met in the village, but the Kingdom always kept calling, like an insistent memory, teasing you for not fully remembering. As Greta grew, her childish worries began to morph into responsibilities, and choices that she wish she didn’t have to make.

Her friendship with Serafina began to break after the two had an argument, the crux of it being one of the most amazing discoveries, in that her friend was now a holder of a Jewel. While it was amazing to have such an honor, in Greta’s eyes, Serafina thought differently, and their friendship was strained from that moment on. Separated after her friend was taken to the kingdom, Greta found herself still stuck where she was, still wondering, still wishing.

Her life up until this point had been nothing but happiness and the same routine, but it changed when she discovered a hidden document, ruffled within a pile of other parchments within her house. With the royal seal of the Caelum family etched into the paper, Greta couldn’t help her curiosity, and read...only to discover a confusing truth; she was...apart of the royal family? There must have been some mistake, she thought to herself, re-reading the same letter, over and over...

But it was there, written in ink.

The talk with her parents, or rather, The Royal Family’s most renowned and trustworthy guards, had no choice but to tell the secret, for the now realized that Greta was now a young woman, and with no threats heard of for years, they found that it was finally time for the youngest of the Caelum sisters to return to her home. To the shock and surprise of the rest of the villagers, they supported and only wished the best for Greta, knowing not of her heritage, but of her caring demeanor and dedication to others.

She’s only been at the Castle for half a year, and her tasks from farm chores have switched to that of helping around the castle library and gardens. Much to the chastising and insistence of the castle servants, Greta finds herself even more mesmerized and curious about her new life; or rather, what her old one used to be...

Sexual Preferences: Greta hasn’t had much experience in the sexual aspects of relationships. Much a young woman with curiosity when it comes to love and finding someone to be with, she’s unsure but hopeful. Despite not having much experiance in romance, both romantically and sexually, her curiosity gets the better of her, and she can’t help but gossip and awe at the audacious revelations that come from adult romance with her other girl friends. If one was to show her a world of allure and lust, well, Greta wouldn’t oppose exploring those options were they to be presented to her...

Likes: Greta enjoys the simple things in life, having lived and grown up within a small rural village. Things such as fresh baked goods and flowers are some of her favorite things, but even the things that people don’t think to adress, such as the smell of fresh rain, the feeling of laying in a field of flowers. Though, Greta can’t help but be curious about what lies beyond her small home, such as the Kingdom of Lesallum, and the Order of the Jewels. Daydreaming of something more then herself is what causes her to space out, but it’s one of her favorite pastimes.

Dislikes: One thing Greta can’t stand is the idea of being kept in the dark. As her parents did to her during her childhood about who they were, and their connection with the royal family, Greta had always know she felt different, and was conflicted when she found out. Not knowing the reasons, being confused, and unknowing of the future, Greta tries her hardest to be open with her friends and those close to her, though there are personal things she keeps to herself, unsure of how to ask for help. Another dislike of hers would have to be individuals that think themselves higher then others. Even though there are those in the world with magic or powers that far surpass normal people (i.e. Gem holders), Greta doesn’t flaunt her power to undermine others; rather, the opposite, to help. Seeing others boast about their wealth or status sours her mood, especially having lived in a farming village for most of her life, knowing the hardships others have been through.

-Blind Trust: I would love to have an individual manipulate or trick Greta to either do things for said individual, or using their relationship for secrets and information regarding the kingdom of Lesallum. Much like a certain animated movie, the plot idea of using someone’s emotions to manipulate and gain an advantage has always been one of my favorites, mostly because you can do so much with it, not just in a romantic setting! (Plus, I just frickin’ love drama!)

-The Ways of Royalty: Being apart of the Royal Family is hard, but even more so, not remembering and suddenly being thrust into it is even harder, especially with all the etiquette and dance lessons you have to go through! I would love to have someone help Greta get used to the lifestyle of the Royal individuals, especially with helping her learn to dance and use the proper etiquette for social settings! Awkward talking and stepping on toes, always a fun time~

-A Fair Maiden’s Heart: A beautiful stranger; tall and fair. That unfamiliar pounding of the heart, that fluttering feeling that doesn’t seem to go away; is this...love? So unprepared and yet so eager to know of romance, Greta is by no means knowledgeable in that aspect, but I would love to see what would happen if she found herself at the attention of a handsome suitor! This plot idea could tie into the Blind Trust idea, where it could lead to darker and evil ire intentions, but it’s all up to whoever decides it’s a try!

Strengths/Advantages (Please have at least three): One of Gretas strengths would have to be the power she has from her Emerald jewel, one that allows her to “hear the voices of the forests”. Not an outspoken language like humans, but more so by feelings and emotions that plants have, Greta is able to feel those very emotions that the forests and trees give out, keeping her connected with nature and benefit from their partnership.

The second would be her infectious personality, one that seems to be inviting and warm to all that she meets; Greta has always loved meeting new people, and she’s had a knack for reading people and striking conversation.

Finally, her third strength would have to be how she’s been able to see both sides of life in Lesallum; both village, and royal. Knowing the ups and downs, how people act, think, how life affects them and the hardships they go through, Greta is able to give insight and input into how both can harmonize, and work together.

Weaknesses/Disadvantages (Please have at least three): One of Greta’s weaknesses would have to be that her personality brings those that would like to use her naivety and curiosity for their own advantages. She’s by no means stupid, however, her wonder in the world, and the people that come and go, fascinate and interest her. She can’t help but ask them questions and get to know them better, and at times, it can be one of Greta’s downfalls by being used for more then pleasant ideals.

Another weakness would have to be her tether between both sides of life; royal, and village folk. Wanting to work together to help one another, at times she feels that she’s walking on a thin line, unable to chose where exactly she belongs, and where she doesn’t. She misses her simple life, yet craves to know more about her previous one, and at times, she doesn’t know where she truly belongs.

Finally, Greta is prone to being a rather emotional woman, one that tends to wear her heart in her sleeve, and wishes for a world that could work together to rid the world of evil, rather then fight and argue with one another. Things she disagrees with, times where things are kept from her, instances like this are what cause her to speak her mind, and unfortunately, her emotions can be used and manipulated by others for their own purposes, wether for political gain, corruption against the royal family of Lesallum, or even to take down Greta herself by means of mental manipulation and blind trust.
