am i just f'ing dumb or can i NOT move pm's from one label to another ? 

i think i move one but it still shows up in the original folder. 

this disorganization is harshing my mellow    :-\

You need to remove the old label manually. That means using the drop-down menu twice ;) The remove label option is right at the bottom of the list.
To go in the dark with a light is to know the light.
