Zaphod

What if it leads to more.... hunger? ;)

Anesa

lol...

Wouldn't that be (in the words of Martha Stewart)  a "good thing"?

Zaphod

Do you have an endless supply of sweet rolls and biscuits? :P

Anesa

Wouldn't you eventually get bored with eating just bread?  lol

Zaphod

You follow the same recipe every single day? ;)

(Catch you later. :P )

Xandria

I don't, but perhaps you prefer consistency over variety?
The only way to get rid of a temptation is to yield to it. Resist it, and your soul grows sick with longing for the things it has forbidden to itself. -Oscar Wilde

Charm is a way of getting the answer yes without having asked any clear question. - Albert Camus

Mordred

Are we talking quality versus quantity?

gaggedLouise

Perhaps both, or neither., If a half-baked batch of dough is packed full of dope inside by smugglers, and set to rise some more, will the amount of drugs grow too?  :D

Xandria

Only if the smugglers are damn lucky, do you think they'd try it?  ;D

Mordred

Won't those scoundrels try just about anything?

Xandria

Typically, but doesn't it depend how much 'product' they've sampled?

#2661
Smugglers have been known to hide coke in large frozen squid, so wouldn't ordinary bread be a thing worth trying too?

(A guy I knew heard of the ergot fungus, with LSD-like effects, from his school teacher - it grows in stale bread and infected wheat - and exclaimed in class "So you can get high on bread?!")  ;D

I'll give it a shot. What's the worst that can happen?

Some have suggested that the crew of the "ghost ship" Mary Celeste had gone "high on bread" and begun seeing sea spiders and monsters trying to get on board, so they jumped to their death in the sea. Doesn't that sound disagreeable?

Death isn't so bad.. would I seem odd if I was still tempted?

-Aren't you afraid of dying?
-I haven't tried it yet.

-the slave hunter (Klaus Kinski) and his crony lying tied up and waiting to be speared by a bunch of dancing African warriors in the film Cobra Verde.

Are you proposing to be so high one would reach the sky?

I do believe I am.. given the chance, who could resist plunging high, then splashing amongst the stars, giving a shower of sparks?

Zaphod

Still discussing bread here or something else?

Anesa

Would you believe yes?  (but in a round about way!)

Zaphod

Do you think seeing is believing?

Anesa

In some instances perhaps...but, isn't believing a way of seeing?

Zaphod

Can you share your secret recipe? :P

Anesa

If I tell you, then what would you share with me?

(And pahleeze.... no more marble swapping!)  LOL!

Zaphod

Do you think I have anything worth sharing? (LMAO @ marbles)

Anesa

Smiles....

Have you looked in the mirror lately? ;)

(DROOOOOOLSSSS!!!!)
