Pay Pal Question

Do I have to upload money with a money pak to send money to someone?  Or, will they just take it out of my linked bank account?

I have never used a money pak through Paypal.  I always put in my cc# if I was sending money instead of buying something.

I use a bank card number and it's withdrawn from the account.

I've never used a money pak through paypal either. The few times I've sent money to someone using it I've done so directly from my linked bank account and have just needed their paypal account email to do it. The money was automatically taken from my linked account and deposited to them.
