This is set in Victorian era, the English Countryside. I could also be persuaded for the same era set in Japan.

At a grand party her mother was hosting, 18 year old Rosalyn Kensington is slipped a powerful aphrodisiac in her wine by a suitor she had rejected wishing to compromise Rosalyn into marriage via seducing her and deliberately getting caught in the act… however, thanks to her loyal and trusted personal butler, she is whisked away to her room before the fiendish nobleman can put his dastardly plan into action.

On the other hand… Rosalyn is struggling with the aphrodisiac and begins to seduce her butler as soon as they are behind closed doors…


My thoughts were that this begins a love affair between Rosalyn and her butler, she gets pregnant and the two of them flee on an adventure to build a life together where they are free to love each other.
