Signature Image with Link

I've been trying to get a linked image in my signature but I can't seem to get it to work.  I'm not familiar with BBCode. Is there anyone that can help me out?

We have some very good tutorials that have been written by amazing members with talent for constructing them.  Take a look when you need something.

Also, the stickies and subforms at the top of the forums can often give you answers.
