Questions:

What state is Saint Falls in? 

Is Saint Falls near a big city they can play in?

Is it okay if my character also sings?  Chloe would be the prime lead singer, while Jimmy John sings lead 1/4 of the time.  The rest of the time, he sings backup or not at all.
