I have never heard of Fennel Tea what does it taste like? I googled it and it really has great properties for benefit.

Very good for one's health my dear. It is made from the flower of the fennel plant and had a licorice taste. I find it quite refreshing.

You should try it some time.

You can also brew it from the seeds for a bit stronger taste - crush them a little with a mortar and pestle or the bottom of the spice jar.  It's very good for the digestion (hence why many sausage recipes include fennel seed).
